Great location and bedroom was very good but the shower had no door or shower curtain which meant water sprayed all around the bathroom which included the toilet. Other than the bathroom it was good for one night. Wouldn’t recommend it for more than one night based on the shower.

A great hotel and near to town”

This hotel is not near to the train station and you need to take taxi to reach the place, the hotel is near to the town and u can easily find nice foods on the street, the staff are very friendly and super recommend..

Easy accessibility & bountiful food nearby”

By airport shuttle the hotel can be accessed easily near to one of the shuttle bus scheduled stops. Nearby there are plenty of good food. Only complaint is the cleaning of room. Although towels are changed every day as per our request, the beds are not made up, left in their original condition as in the morning. Not a serious problem though. Breakfast is very good especially the porridge & the condiments served!

Challenge Taiwan Triathlon - Nice hotel that does the job”

Needed somewhere to stay as I came down to this sleepy township for the annual Challenge Taiwan Triathlon, and the race hotel (Sheraton) was just exorbitant to its alternatives like this. Literally just steps away from the main road, close to the night markets and all. Clean, very reasonably priced and well contained with all toiletries and amenities, cable TV with many international channels including FOX, Nat Geo, Discovery, Bloomberg etc Only downside(s) are that they did not make up my room (but I didn't bother as it was only 2 nights) and the slow lift (yes, only one lift) Clean, very reasonably priced and well contained with all toiletries and amenities, cable TV with many international channels including FOX, Nat Geo, Discovery, Bloomberg etc. The wifi was strong and stable, I could get a signal when eating at a coffeeshop 2 streets away. Free bike rentals (without needing to sign any indemnity or paperwork) really made getting around the town a breeze too. Lovely place :)

Hotel location is good as food all around the corner. Short distance to taitung bus station if you know the way to walk (the staff have guide me a easy way! ) There is yummy breakfast daily. I will stay there again in my next taitung trip!

Suficient”

On the website, they provided free coffee and tea in the restaurant , however, the reality was they did not. I asked the front desk, the lady told me, the free drink had canceled! Why not remove this information? The lady did not answer.

Great Hotel, but you might die in the shower”

Very great hotel super clean, friendly staff , perfect location.... Thres only a thing that I didn't liked, the showers in the room are great but you can t stay in it for long or there won t be anymore oxygen, they should add some kind of ventilation otherwise you end up like me having to open the door when you are half the way in the shower to let the air come in

Simple yet beautiful”

Given the price paid, nothing much to complain about. Special thanks to the excellent service of the staffs. Breakfast had limited varieties. Shower room drainage design has to be improved as the water keeps flowing out during a bath. Overall quite a good and decent hotel:)

Good Basic Hotel”

This is a good basic hotel. Room was clean. My only real beef with the room is that it could use better lighting, such as a light near the bed making it easier to read. Fairly good location near city centre, which is a definite plus if one has limited transportation means (i.e., generally limited to walking or cycling). Breakfast was included, and typical for this class of hotel in Taiwan. Staff has limited ability to speak English but functional for most basic things like check-in and check-out. Hotel offers free bike rentals, which is a definite plus.

It's very satisfied for me. The staff is very kind ! But staffs are do not speak English so Basic communication was also difficult. However, staff was very nice to try to understand. The sanitary condition of the hotel was excellent. Especially I liked the bathroom. Breakfast was not very good for me because plenty of Taiwanese food, but it was okay. Overall, I was satisfied.

TV wasn't working. Fridge wasn't working as well. Staff offered to change room for us, but will have to split the 3 of us up to 2/room and 1 single room each, thus we declined. Staff at check-in counter is friendly and approachable. Has a noodle stall just opposite the hotel. Quiet and dark alley at night though.

Room generally clean but bedsheets seems not change. Still lots of hair on bedsheets when checked into the room.
