Un hotel conveniente”
No esté en primera linea, no esta nuevo, las habitaciones (al menos las que yo vi), son sencillas para un hotel de esta categoría. A pesar de ello, volvería alli. Ambiente tranquilo, personal amable, desayuno completo y de calidad. Al final, los inconvenientes se vuelven pequeños, y las ventajas se hacen grandes. Volvería.

Hotel con buena ubicación, muy cerca del paseo marítimo y zona de restaurantes. Zona verde y azul para aparcar, creo que difícil cuando es temporada alta. En nuestro caso sin problema en estas fechas. Habitación correcta sin lujos. El precio es aceptable con lo que ofrecen. Cuidado porque desde la habitación se oye prácticamente todo, poca insonorización. Por la noche hay gente que vino a las tantas y hizo mucho ruido. Cama me hubiera gustado que fuese más cómoda. En definitiva, por el precio que tiene y para quedarse alguna noche esporádica sí, sino no lo recomendaría.

habitación muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. Muy tranquilo aunque nos tocaron unos vecinos incívicos armando follón a las 2 de la madrugada

Great location near the beach”
Quiet location near the beach (2 blocks) but off the busy strip. Nice large room with a patio. Pool was a bonus. Roo.s facing the front of the hotel are quieter.

Great staff are everything”
Polite, helpful, professional and everything that outstanding hospitality is based on. We were looked after from beginning to end. The hotel were surgically cleaned and maintained every day. Rooms were adequate, (we had a twin), without being exceptional, but given the great value I would much rather spend money on great people rather than facilities. The only improvement I would like to make would be to keep the pool open later, it closed at 8 which was often before we came back from Barcelona, however this is a very small thing and there is always the sea which is only a short stroll away.

For the off-season price a reasonble priced hotel. A bit outdated but clean and comfortable. breakfast buffet very good. hiwever the receptionist at the arrival was very grumpy (to all new arrivals), very strict on procedures and of no help when asking for help

Safes in many rooms are broken and not operational... Difficulties opening and closing closet doors every time... Not even one electric water kettle is available in the entire hotel... Room is reasonably clean but doesn't smell fresh.

Late night passanger”
I made my reservation on Agoda just before my midnight arrival. It was necessary to wait for about half an hour that reservation start be visible. Very kind lnight receptionist but than upon check in l I found empty used room glass on my table ... it made me not feel comfortable. I informed about it receptionist... he asked for pardon. Later on, when my pijama were prepared, emails checked and all my luggage unpacked I went to take a shower and than I realized that towels behind the door looked like be already used ... nightmare. It looks that someone used room after it being prepared. As I was very tired and it was already after 1am I went to bed to sleep... carefully with idea that someone maybe used pilow and bed before so I put my clean shirt on pilow and didn't use blanket... Of course, I decided not to stay one more night and when I checked out on reception staff recomended to request change of the room. I use this opportunity to tell them to better take care about their (clean and prepared) rooms and their clients.

Worst staff n worst location”
The staff is so pathetic and so unhelpful… distance from train station is about 15 mins walk there is no Uber or cab which is easily available… rooms are small… I realised I left my watch in the room and called the hotel to check if it’s there… the guy just looked around and said no … I had to come back all the way from the city which is 45 mins away and found the watch right there… when asked the guy at the reception did you even check he said that we’re not allowed to move things… bloody idiot what did he check then … such a poor customer service… we asked if we could keep the luggage from 3 days and the reception staff said they’ll charge me … when I asked the same thing to the night staff he was so polite and said we can keep it for no charge… so these people are such idiots unhelpful… I’ll never stay at this hotel ever…
