A centrally located hotel . Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Value for money. However, they will need to focus on their cleanliness details as well as their plug points for mobile chargers and laptops - extremely difficult to find a plug point that works or is in a functional user friendly place.

Be it the staff or anyone, they just don’t know how the hotel staff are supposed to communicate with guests (specifically the management). The A/c do it work at all, they’re just benefitting because of the weather. Their room service is pathetic, breakfast is pathetic. I’d just won’t recommend this place to anyone everrrrr

Cold and noisy room”

I had a room facing the busy main road. The room is large. However the windows had huge gaps so the noise from the main road came in unfiltered. It was also only about 9 degrees outside and due to the huge gaps the cold came into the room and thus it was also very very cold in the room. However the bed linen was good.

Conveniently located near some main Islamabad facilities”

This is a good hotel and one of the benefits is that it is located conveniently such that it is near some major activities such as Faisal Masjid, diplomatic shuttle service etc. Though the waiters and door staff conspicuously seek tips and some of them some displeasure if the tip amount is not up to their expectations. Unfortunately, that problem is not specific to this hotel and is a general issue in Pakistan.

Short trip”

Business hotel in business district. No frills hotel in a good location. Great view of the Faisal Mosque.. Very much catered for the business traveller, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Need improvements”

Location is good with lots of shops around the hotel. I was bitten by bed bugs. Room and toilet needs upgrade as it looks very old.

Plus, the big bedrooms, the breakfast, the good matresses, the shuttle to the airport The minus, the gym could get an improvement but its good I trained there anyway..

Worst experience ever.”

I was travelling to PK for business. I have reached to the airport and their pick up was not there, called them several times nobody picked up the phone. I have decided to arrange a taxi from airport and reached to the hotel at around 5 am. I have to checking out around 8 am due to meeting I have, but reaching to my room took half an hour and when i reached to my room, it was completely dirty and the dishes from the previous guest was already there. Hardly they have found a housekeeping person to clean the room and it was already 6:30. Then receptionist guy sent the driver of that private cab to my room for to charging the pick up cost. I went to the front desk and tried to explain about their mistakes and responsibilities half an hour but they only understand the absurdity when i was started to the shout. After then i have went to room and stayed only 1 hour with out any peace due to their AC system which is located on the roof. Whole building is shaking and continuous loud voice....
