Worst experience ever
Location was good.
As the title says it was the worst experience ever. 2000 words would be less to give the over all worst experience ever so will give a brief. When booking was done I got confirmation from the site which was agoda and I have never had problem with them but when I called the hotel they said my booking is on hold just one day before me reaching there. The phone number was also not accessible had to call 5 different people to reach the right person to talk to. Staff was not even trained to confirme my reservation. Totally pathetic. I had booked for a airport pickup and drop. Which was informed 3500 rs. When I reached the hotel they asked for 4000 rs saying it is +taxes. When asked for a tax receipts I was given a voucher with out any tax details. More like a fraud. The Internet in the hotel did not work at all. 4 days of my stay 2 days tv cable did not work. The breakfast was so pathetic that we had on day one and then next 3 days we went out for breakfast even when it was included free. On the second night I had a asthma attack and it was late at 2am. When my wife asked for help with pharmacy and hospital non of the staff helped and she had to go out in the night for my Medicine. I had to use my phone for Google and then guide my wife on where to go and morning I took myself to the hospital. My check out was requested at 10:00 but because they had some Additional booking they insisted us to leave by 8:30 saying there is lot of traffic and there is no taxi and things when taxi driver confirmed that they forced him to come early. So if you ask me it was totally pathetic experience and I would totally say no no to this hotel. I demanded to see or talk to me the owner or gm of the hotel but for 4 days he did not have a single minute time to call or ask how things are. Which showed they are totally not intrested in guest review and just trying to make money by putting goddy pics. No more space for review else I could go on.

Not worth the money!
Breakfast
Not worth the price paid for a 4 star property. Hot water was not working, shower had no pressure. Front desk are the worst to deal with. Never book a taxi through the hotel. There are many taxis outside and half the price. I Expected more, better comfort, higher quality. I will never stay here or recommend it.

complete waste of money, nothing was good....
very bad experience, right from hospitality to cleanliness it was complete zero. Except location nothing is good abu this hotel and damn expensive. Better you concentrate more on hospitality and cleanliness then charge a bomb. In one sentence, 'worst hotel of goa' Complete disappointing experience.

Games, friendly staff and good beach location
It was good. We stayed there for 14 days. I think it's overrated because they don't provide you information on additional charges and they changes so much extra. We sent some clothes to laundry, asked them serval time of how much we will be charged,they only said that when fix it at the check out day. Some days before the checkout day I requested the summary of the things we bought from hotel , they kept delaying it. They did cleaned it, but not so well, as the bedsheets still were the same and I found some insects in the bathroom. One of the staff member really was annoying as they were trying to sell things all the time.

Hotel stay was generally good enjoyed the atmoshere and poolside with dining and breakfast. However the decor is outdated and bathroom require curtains as everything gets messy an the food portions to small and takes 30 mins per dish to arrive. However besides that location is beech side and had a present stay

Very lausy staff! Poor fittings in room!
Outside room ambience is good.
I was in room. House keeping is worst. Unless you shout 3-4 times they'll not clean your room, provide water etc. Bath room was stinking, some foul smell was coming from drain. Inspite of my several times complaint hotel could not resolve. The fittings in the bath room are substandard and poorly fitted. Overall it was poor experience!

The worst hotel expirience i ever had
The worst hotel expirience i ever had. The room are soiled and rain water was droping from the roof. Sofa and courton are all wait. We informed the management and they hardly bother to care. They show that it's a 4* hotel but u will not get the service of 1*. If you want spoil you trip the go for it.
