Hotel grande, con zonas y piscinas muy grnade, habitaciones correctas y limpieza bien en general. Comida prescindible, para salir del paso. Si consigues buen precio merece la pena.

Muchos adolescentes de fiesta”
Deberían realojar a todos los grupos de adolescentes que van de fiesta de fin de curso juntos. Las familias q íbamos de vacaciones no hemos podido dormir. No tenían ningún reparo en chillar y correr por los pasillos a altas horas de la madrugada. Por lo demás es un hotel cuya calidad precio es muy buena.

Todo muy bien excepto por la cantidad de gente. Demasiada gente para todo,piscinas muy llenas,colas para restaurantes,etc.. Y como pasa en muchos sitios, a primera hora de la mañana casi nadie en la piscina y ni una hamaca libre...

Decent enough hotel. Great pools. Good rooms. But the check-in was chaotic. 30 minutes at least at the 2nd attempt. The first attempt I just gave up. Not enough staff. Dozens of people refusing to queue just walking up to the desk and jumping in. And the check-in system? Hello 1975. Paperwork everywhere. So out of date. My worst hotel check-in in 30 years and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels. And don't say oh it's Spain in July..... plan ahead. Get more staff.

You get what you pay... Or less. ”
Well, where to start, we get what we pay for...or sometimes less. In terms of infrastructure, the hotel itself is large and has good space. However the rooms are dated, and the toilet so... The bathtub didn't drain properly, so the baths were always pool type lol. In terms of hygiene, it wasn't the best either, with the pillowcase dirty and it was only changed after 4 days. In terms of food, I would say it was the lowest point. The food didn't vary and was of low quality, favoring fried foods and fats. They could offer things of low quality but at least well made. The grills were inedible in terms of flavor. The grill/plate shouldn't be clean or anything. The best was the ice cream... Because they weren't made there. Anyway, the cheap sometimes comes out expensive. Another point was the apparent lack of training of employees, who made a lot of noise, throwing chairs and banging dishes and the like. There were more decibels in those dining rooms than in some clubs...😔 🤦♂️

Note: this review is made from my point of view - we are a family with small kids, travelling while covid19 is still a thing. The pools and water park are great for kids in all ages. While there are obviously a lot of people, we never had trouble getting a sun-chair. There are two restaurants - always go for "Palms corner", as it is more cozy and spacious and offers the exact same buffet. The buffet is family friendly. This means that there is something for everyone and especially my kids liked the big variety og "easy to eat" dishes. While not anything out of the ordinary, I did find myself going for a second round many times, so overall the buffet is recommendable. Coming from Denmark, I found the handling of covid19 troubling. NO ONE used plastic gloves at the buffet (apart from my family) and hand sanitizer was not always available. If you are not covid19 vaccinated, I would not go to this hotel, nor this area of Spain in general.
