Es un muy buen hotel, la gente amable, hablan inglés en recepción. La habitación es suficientemente cómoda, al igual que el baño (a diferencia de otros hoteles en Japón).

Cozy hotel in a convenient location ”

Staff is friendly and helpful but not everyone speaks or understands English. Breakfast spread was good with wide choice of food items. The room is clean but very small with hardly any space for my luggage or for moving around. The location is great as it is near the subway station and within walking distance from Chinatown. The one day pass (JPY 600?) for unlimited rides on the bus to take you on your sightseeing trips is good value for money and is available at this hotel.

Neat, clean, and good location. It is just a bit small room for family, but anywhere in Japan are almost the same.

The hotel is very near to the station (Nihon Odori). The staff maintain the cleanliness of the room everyday. They are also very friendly and accommodating to our requests. We checked in 30mins earlier with no extra charge. We lost one of the card key but they did not let us pay for it. Highly recommended!

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานี Nihon-Odori เดินประมาณ 5 นาที จากโรงแรมไปท่าเรือ Osanbashi ประมาณ 10 นาที อยู่ใกล้ China Town ด้วย พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีมาก เราต้องจองตั๋วรถบัสไปคาวากุชิโกะทางโทรศัพท์ ขอให้เขาช่วยโทรให้เพราะกลัวจะคุยกับปลายสายไม่รู้เรื่อง สายไม่ว่างเลยแต่ก็พยายามโทรให้ จนจองตั๋วสำเร็จ ประทับใจความช่วยเหลือของเขามาก ห้องพักสะอาด อย่างเดียวที่ไม่ค่อยชอบคือน้ำอุ่นฝักบัวปรับยาก ถ้าร้อนก็ร้อนเลย ถ้าเย็นก็เย็นเลย ปรับกลางๆไม่ค่อยได้ ไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นเหมือนกันทุกห้องรึเปล่า นอกนั้นดีงาม

Convenient and COMFORTABLE”

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Room of average size. Room was clean and facilities were in excellent condition. Very near Chinatown and metro. Also very near to the bus station to Haneda airport.

Awesome Experience with JAL City Kannai Yokohama Hotel”

The hotel is very close to Nihon-Odori Station, which you can access easily from Yokohama Station through Minatomiari Line. The hotel is easily found, even for first-time guest like me. I like the hotel so much. The hotel building looked nice and elegant. It was quite, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was easy, the staffs were nice. For the room, I booked twin moderate room. It was quite big for Japan-size hotel in common. The facilities in the room were well provided; they even provided face soap. There was only one thing I regretted; I asked for more coffee because I like to drink coffee, but they said they could not give more. I had experience staying in other business hotel, they were willing to give more, and even repeated it everyday since then. However, it was not a big problem. My overall experience staying in JAL City Yokohama hotel was great, and I will certainly stay in this hotel again when I go to Yokohama :)

One of the best Business hotels that I stayed”

I booked a twin room with breakfast, a typical hotel buffet style breakfast with Western and Japanese items. Surprisingly there are several kinds of fresh fruit juices. Since not many coffee shops nearby, recommend to book room with breakfast and have a good morning for yourself. The room is very neat and tidy, there is even a small L-shape sofa and a small tea table that you can have little food there. Another point also amazed me is there is a multi-plug charger at the bed table that whether you use Iphone, Android you can charge your device right away. Sockets are plenty in the room too - one at the door entrance, one in toilet, and one on the work desk. There are also iron board and moisturizer machine in the room. The hotel is not near Yokohama city centre, but located in between China Town and you can just walk down there so it's good. Taking subway to Yokohama centre is just 10mins and the subway is near to the hotel. After all, it is a great stay at Hotel JAL City Kannai Yokohama.

Room and bathroom is spacious and clean. Hotel serve buffet breakfast and it consists of both Japanese and Wertern style of foods. It's close to Chinatown and most of the tourist spots is accessible from here by foot.

Nice hotel in the city”

This is a central located hotel with spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms and comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. The staff is extremely professional and service minded. Location-wise, it is near to shopping, sightseeing, metro and fantastic restaurants. This was our second stay at this hotel and we´ll always return when visiting. I would recommend to my friends who are looking for an affordable hotel in the city!

snazzy smart upmarket business hotel”

great stay. the hotel was hard to find (but I had forgotten to print a map - essential as Japanese addresses are notoriously hard to locate so that was really my fault. it is 7 minutes from JR kannai station - straight across the park and round the corner from the fire station. close to yokohama subway stn. staff in nearby Lawson station helped!. smart small reception area, quick efficient check in with good English used. posh corridors and lift, well appointed room - larger that I expected with good view of city. efficient a/c, tea and coffee making and fridge. fair size bath in clean bathroom. no English tv channels though. only two minutes walk to Chinatown for restaurants, bars, shopping etc(left then left) I checked out around 8am and, due to the weather, they kept my luggage until 5pm. highly recommended

Quiet and comfortable room; fun and enjoyable stay; very close to Chinatown , a major tourist attraction for even the locals. Good eating choices close by all within walking distance. The water front area offers many things to see and take pictures. There is a cruise ship terminal with a park like roof top for people to use and many people walk their dogs and bring family for leisure activities , very creative and environmentally friendly design.

Suberb city hotel”

Could not fault this hotel from check in to check out. Staff were great and spoke good english. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The location was good with it being 2 mins to chinatown, about 8 mins to jr train station and about a 10 minute walk to the world porters / entertainment area. Breakfast had a good selection of japanese and english type food and was of a good standard. Would recommend this hotel. Only one negative, wireless would have been nice in the room, but that is the only thing.

Staff is unfriendly”

I stayed here for a business trip and had a bad experience. Actually, this is not the staff problem. It causes one of their customer like me. One of customer did bad act in the lift so I made a complaint to staff and they said going to check, but no response so I asked to same staff when I check out, but he was very cold and that things not happened and ignored me. I choose this hotel because the brand of JAL, but had a bad experience from staff and customer. I will never use this hotel and any other JAL brand hotel too.

Comfortable and peaceful sojourn”

It was a comfortable and peaceful stay at the JAL City Hotel in Yokohama. After a day's roundabout doing the tour of the city from Yokohama to Tokyo, the hotel room provided me with a peaceful, clean and quite abode to work in and continue my work in the evening. All in all, it was a good and very satisfying stay at both JAL CIty Yokohama and Haneda. I would be more than happy to book this hotel again when I come back to Japan.

I stayed for two nights even though it was not the cheapest the room was clean and well kept. The thing that I liked about the hotel was that it had queen bed and that is hard to find in Japan.
