Doing hall,rooms,staff helpful. 150.
Very good with excellent location but dining hall, with reception area needs to keep clean, at least three (3)times a day to clean,people without shoes should not allow to dining hall.we saw young star,40/50 years. The most important that in receiption one to one should do, NOT Three staff for one customer,but this is all over India,hope youngsters will change that, Credit to youngsters that they done well for OUR INDIA,we can trust to any body in India Welldone our youth is our future.they prove it god bless them.INDIANS WE ARE GREAT examples CRICKETS Regards.

Staff has no concern and have poor coordination
Can't say 3 best things - but yeah, breakfast was better
It was a very bad experience. We had an early flight to catch and after multiple reminders there was no wake-up call. On the top of that we had asked them to pack Breakfast which they agreed will be ready by 5:15am but was not ready till the time we left the hotel at 5:30 for Airport. The reason given was so pathetic -' Manish (front office staff) must have forgot to tell the pantry as he was busy in 31 Dec party' Such a shameful answer!! Never visit the Hotel if you have tight timelines and travelling with family!

Great location but small roomes and bit dirty
very near to the city centre of Rajkot, breakfast was very nice and with plenty of choice.
House keepoing service was poor, there were no hand towels and enough toiletaries, when asked to provide, had to call twice. Last day the room safe was stuck and had call some one to open it.

Nice enough rooms. Reception staff too slow.
Clean Rooms
I asked to exchange either US Dollars OR UK Sterling Pounds for Indian Rupees on 3 seperate occasions and was informed on every occassion that I would have to wait until the next day. The amount was only £30. I asked why didn't they keep a small amount of money for exchange and they said they did! Confused ? so was I. I eventually had to wait 25 mins for them to exchange $30 worth. It took 3 staff to do this and there was an electronic currency exchange board right in front of them. The Reception staff gave the impression that you were intruding. The Doorman was a Gentleman as were some of the young Waiter Staff. The staff atmosphere at the Reception desk needs improving / training. I travel all over the world, so I stay in a lot of hotels throughout the world. You see it all. You just want hotel staff to look interested , not to give the impression that your disropting them.

."Lovely hotel and service with a smile" - True
Service was excellent.
Location- It is in heart of the city. rooms were neat and clean. Rooms ambience was good. Elevators - small Resturants: Just OK. Food was delicious. Staff was very cooperative and pleasing. Stay was very comfortable.

Loved everything. The proximity to the airport, Hotel, staff, Rooms, service. Roof top restaurant is fab as well. Overall, very good experience. Special Thanks to the complete staff at the Reception, Room Service, Resturants, Chef. It is very rare to come across such good people. kudos!! to all.

Excellent well run hotel
Centrally located friendly efficient staff and excellent facilities
the is was my second stay in a Sarovar hotel and i found the same well trained friendly staff. the room was good - plenty of space and with clean modern amenities. i dont hesitate to recommend this hotel
