Hotel Plus

When we arrived, it was very difficult to find. We were looking at the building where the big sign was, but there was nothing in there, it was a building site. So we called the number. He explained a little bit. And from the we found it. The staff was really nice, from the first moment they were 24/7 there to help you. But, the rooms have no air conditioning whatsoever, while it was 38 degrees in the city during our stay. It was awful!! Also there is a weird smell in the whole hotel. So this was not nice. And, the hotel was so creepy. There are some long hallways, without any purpose, which are completely dark. And when you finally notice how to turn the lights on, it are these white ugly lights. Also breakfast is horrible. Two types of bread, cornflakes and that's it basically. Not even orange juice... I really never complain about a hotel, but this hotel was just creepy, the breakfast was so little (even tough the man over there was really nice!!) and it was soooo hot. Oh, and the beds were pretty hard. So I would reckoned to pay a little bit more and go somewhere else which is often way more in the center.

i needed cheap hotel for three day's stay in bratislava, primarily for overnight stay. for this purpose this hotel was pretty adequate. clean rooms and linen, spacious bathroom. maybe the beds were not first class (too narrow and low quality mattress) but, it served the purpose. in the hotel bistro you can buy very cheap meals and beers. there is a miniature tv in the room that you can watch only from bed, but from that distance you don't see anything.
