The hotel is located at cbd area . Love the guest lounge with a patio outside . The staffs are super helpfull n friendly in arranging our needs. Definitely love the corner room cause its more spacious .

I find this hotel very good - good location (near to Haneda airport and downtown, amenities, subways), clean, and good service. Also they offer a 24-hours lounge where some drinks are offered for free. Will come here again.

We stayed in the Celestine at the end of our trip around Japan before taking the flight home - the room was lovely, view was great and definitely recommend the hotel for its view from the rooms. Location isn't great - not much around to do (after staying around Shinjuku however), more like a business district but fairly good distance to the subway and walkable to places. Overall a nice experience, lovely staff.

Staff are great. Rooms are lovely. Location may not be ideal for all but it is near JR and metro. Breakfast is expensive in my opinion but is a large selection. Rooftop lounge with complimentary drinks is a wonderful idea.

Hotel Celestine takes care of their guests. The staff is helpful and incredibly courteous. There's always English speaking staff available. Terrific amenities to make the stay comfortable. There is a guest lounge open 24-hours with complimentary coffee, tea, and juice during the day. Only one block to the Mita station for public transportation and a short taxi ride to Haneda Airport.

Hotel is located at a very nice location. Close to stations and close to my business trip area. Foods and drinks are very good. The bar on 1F serves excellent cocktail. Lounge on 14F is useful for people need a nice space to work with caffeine. Last but most least, service is beyond description.

The staff were welcoming, the lounge peaceful, the room well appointed, the only disappointing feature was the very slow to non existent wifi in our room.

This place is excellent for value. We are a group 6 including 2 young kids. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. We wish we had stayed here for 3 nights instead of 1. Huge hotel is close to Tokyo Tower and Tsukiji Market. Excellent overall!

This hotel is a short distance from the JR station and is a great location heart of a business area. Hotel is beautiful and well appointed. A guest lounge with free drink and snak amenities it was only lacking a pool/spa or sauna.

Spent New Year's Eve in Tokyo ”
Spent four nights here with the wife to celebrate New Year's Eve. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with great staff and overall awesome stay. I had breakfast there two of the days we stayed and they make a good breakfast and offer sparkling wine for you to make some mimosas with your meal. Stay would even take my tips. Lovely view of Mt Fuji in the distance from our room

Slightly off the touristy area but very convenient to catch the Mita line station is less than 100m away from the hotel. Going to Ginza area is only 3 stations away alighting at Hibiya. There are limousine bus services to and from Narita or Haneda Airport but be sure to check the timing first. The hotel is generally new and although only occupying floors 14~17, hotel facilities such as gym and spa is still available. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I travel to Tokyo.

My office is located in the Minato area and this is my favourite business hotel of choice. The breakfast is amazing and while it is quite a walk from Tamachi Station, it will always be my go-to for its warm service, beautiful rooms, great amenities and nearby convenient stores.

Nice hotel in general, quiet room, a bit outdated. ”
Pros: 5 min walk to a subway line (mita station). 10 min walk to the more convenient trains (yamanote line) Quiet room and area (mostly business area) Nice lounge area. Easy to go to Narita airport with the bus service that picks you up right at the hotel (about 30 usd per person) Good pillows Friendly and kind staff Cons: -Slow internet in the room. I had to go to the lounge or the lobby to get a better connection. -Very little water pressure in the shower. - Older hotel (the bathrooms could really be remodeled. - Firm bed (some people like this but I prefer a softer bed). Pretty limited and expensive food menu at the hotel restaurant. - Bad coffee at the lounge area. I would stay here again ☺️

We were really happy with this hotel. Good value. The room although a small double on an international standard (probably normal for Tokyo) had a great view. The staff were superb. Very clean. Well located near the subway. Access to 14th floor lounge with free coffee, tea and some cold drinks. We would highly recommend it.

Smart hotel with excellent staff and comfortable room. Transport infrastructure in Tokyo is good enough to mitigate any perceived inconvenience with location. Plenty of eating places within 5/10 mins walk of hotel.

A great stay”
A modern hotel situated in the business district area. Nice smell once I entered the hotel. Greeted with warm welcome. English speaking staff is definitely a plus. You can leave your luggage to the hotel if you need to go elsewhere and the luggage will be in your room once they checked you in. Had lunch at the cafe lounge and loved it. The price is affordable and the service is great. Stayed at the superior double and the view is stunning! Room size is good as compared with the japanese standard room size. Amenities is good, good bath tub(especially after a long day) and you can even iron your clothes. Club lounge access definitely a beautiful lounge to hangout. Location wise, the hotel is 2 blocks away from Mita station NEC building exit. A bit of struggle in the station with big luggage to get to the exit. After that, everything is fine. Restaurants, conveniece store and cafe is just at the other exit behind at the same building.

Fabulous place to stay”
This hotel has been the highlight of our accommodation for our trip. Very conveniently located within walking distance to Tamachi train station and the Mita subway. The rooms are very clean and fresh. We had a double room on the 14th floor which had access to the lounge area. The lounge and outdoor patio area provided a very comfortable place to have a coffee and relax with some space as the hotel rooms are not large. These areas were great. Staff were all excellent and very helpful. The added surprise of having a free smart phone for internet and local call use was fantastic. Handy it is called or in our case Handy Andy was a brilliant addition and saved domestic disharmony in finding our way around the city with free google maps. Breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again as a preference.

Very clean, modern quiet hotel”
We stayed in this hotel for two nights and recommend it. Its very clean, modern quiet hotel. Nice coffee lounge. The rooms are small, atypical of Tokyo, its within walking distance of the metro and local shops. In a very peaceful quite area, bliss to comeback to. The nearest metro is Shibakoen Station and not Mita station as suggested by the hotels website. The former is about 3 mins walk whereas the latter is about 20 mins walk.
