Thank you for your continued loyalty to the Hyatt Regency Houston/Galleria. In an effort to maintain the Hyatt standards of quality we are most proud of, we will be renovating our Urban Star Restaurant, Bar, & Marketplace located in our 1st floor Lobby.
During renovation, we expect work will take place from 8am-6pm daily, with possible noise between 9am-5pm.
Throughout this time, Food & Beverage service will be relocated to our Private Dining Room, off the Lobby, where full menu options will continue to be offered as construction takes place.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience these improvement efforts may cause.

Hola, La verdad es que es un gran hotel, la ubicación es de 10, pero desgraciadamente tuvimos un mal trato por una de las gerentes en Turno Sam Martinez, quien fue descortes con el trato, afortunadamente sus compañeras del turno siguiente nos dieron solución y el trato fue excelente. Nice Stay. Older facility but maintains Hyatt standards. Staffing low due to covid I presume. Difficult to get a specific need met as a result but sometimes that is life. Valet Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location. The room itself is lacking. It’s clean but the main drapes do not block the strong outside hotel and city lights. It was awful. The bathroom was very small and the shower pressure was nothing more than a drip. Also, get a shower door the curtain was yucky and did not keep water in.

Hotel is in a great location, clean and staff are nice. Room was clean and well decorated. Prices are a little high in the bar and restaurant. They are next to Galleria which was very convenient. I would stay there again.

진짜 마지막 투숙지인 이곳 황당하다. 분명 온라인으로 2박을 결제”
결제했으나 체크인시 프로트직원이 카드를달라고하고는 내가결제한 2박 보다더많은 400불을 단한마디 설명도 없이 결제했으며. 제멋대로 주차비를 차감하구 아직 까지 환불을안해주고있다. 너무황당하구 미국여행중 이런호텔은 보다보다처음본다. 이곳에 투숙하기전 꼭 이점을 체크하라
