Buen servicio, personal atento y agradable, buena relación calidad precio si lo reservas por internet. Muy cómodo para visitar la ciudad, la sagrada familia, paseo de gracia, está en un buen barrio y bien comunicado, con parada de bus y de metro muy cercanas al hotel y bien situado para ir de compras.

Hotel bastante céntrico, con habitaciones interiores muy silenciosas. Habitaciones espaciosas pero con armario demasiado reducido. Mala conservación de las habitaciones para su categoria de 4 estrellas. Si vas a moverte en metro, queda algo lejos. No hay necesidad de pedir al hotel el servicio de taxis, es fácil que puedas parar uno de los muchos que pasan continuamente por la entrada.

Nightmare, STAY AWAY”

Booked two nights in a double room for single use about 6 weeks ago via Agoda. Arrived at about 9:30pm (had indicated a late arrival upon booking) after a 16hr+ journey from Singapore. Was rudely told by the receptionist that they had some “piping issues” and I would have to stay in their Ilunion Barcelona property on Ramon Turro, nothing could be done! It would only 15 mins by Metro and a better property. Both turned out to be outright LIES, as the fastest public transport option is 35 mins and due to this property being directly next to a huge construction site, there is simply nothing good at all about this property. Totally unacceptable handling of the matter – the hotel had all my contact details they could have advised me upfront and not have me travel uselessly around town. Next to being huge inconvenience as I booked the Ilunion Bel Art due to the proximity to my meetings it also cost me a fair amount for the extra commute. I would NOT recommend the Ilunion group to anyone.

Enjoy the hotel for its cleanliness, quiet & peacefulness, friendly staff. The only setback is the hotel is located far from everything else.

Pros: Nice room, clean and spacious. And very convenient if you want to visit park Güell as a direct shuttle is just up the road from hotel. Cons: expensive to get taxi to airport plus have to pay hotel taxi charge, cost €12.50.

Enjoying Barcelona ”

The Ilunion Bel Art Hotel met our expectations as first time travelers to Barcelona. Upon check-in the staff was very helpful. Having breakfast available was a plus. The decor in the lobby was very avant-garde. Our overall experience was very good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ilunion Bel Art. friendly staff, the room was clean and well decorated. the location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia. I would definitely recommend it.

Nightmare of my 4-night stay, very disappointed”

was checked in late in the evening because of the flight schedule. they had given me a room with POOR air-conditioning under 40+C weather. I asked for room change n the staff just told me the hotel was full. But when I came back in 2 hours time, another staff told me there was another room to change. Ridiculous n very bad service! However, the air-con for that room was not working properly as well..... the staff was not helpful! I asked for details of transportation to airport very early in the morning. He replied me I could only take the taxi!!! But when I asked the same question again to another staff at night, she explained clearly that I could take airport shuttle bus. First time being so disappointed to a hotel service!! will never try this hotel again NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO ALL OF YOU
