We spent one night in InterContinental Dago Pakar Bandung for celebrating our 4th Wedding Anniversary. This is our first time staying in this hotel and first time is enough for us to know this hotel has a high level quality standards for all aspects. Starting when we arrived at the hotel, there are a lots of staff in the lobby is ready to help anyone to take their luggage from the car and bring it to the room. As the pandemic is not over yet, we can see the safety protocols is quite good because they checked all the guest body temperature and make sure to checked in with the PeduliLindungi Application. Also when we checked in, the concierge staff will ask every guest to bring antigen test document to prove that the guests are in healthy condition. The concierge staff is very friendly and help ease our checked in process going smoothly and fast. However, when we checked in they informed us to wait because the room is still not ready yet, but that is not a big problem because the waiting room is very spacious and has quite beautiful city view that makes even waiting process is a pleasure experiences. Once we got informed that the room is ready, we got a surprise that our room was upgraded for free to the room 1 Club Intercontinental Panorama Room. This upgraded room is not the only surprise that we got actually. The other surprises is that the room somehow the housekeeping team has been prepared our room with Honey moon ambients where we can find rose flowers anywhere in the room and there are also welcomed letter typed with lovely style in the mirror. The room as expected is quite spacious which a very good for us who brings 2 baby that can fit the big stroller into the room. At night, we had a dinner at the Restaurant which located on the same level with the lobby. The restaurant seems ok to us, the outdoor areas are quite nice but we found it is a little bit too dark at night. Short holiday with family”
All staff are very polite and friendly. The policies requires us to have antigen test prior check-in is definitely make us feel very safe during this pandemic time. The room are very clean, nice and spacious. Somemore we are so surprise and happy when they upgraded our room. They have a lot of choices for breakfast. We really love the fresh orange and veggies juice. We order it 2 days in a row. On second day, we've got another surprise from housekeeping team. They decorate our room with a lovely drawings on both rooms' mirror (our is connecting room), there is a vase of red roses on the table and there is a cute little elephant towel on each bed. Kids are very excited and happy, they said it is the best hotel ever :))) The hotel is very recommend for family holiday and it is child friendly. Thank you Intercontinental Bandung, your hospitality for creating good holiday memories. We will definitely come back :)

The Best Daybed ever !!!”
(+) get upgrade room with Daybed, the best view with pool, green golf area & mountain, make sure you have a pic with their famous daybed (+) breakfast a lot of choices, the batagor is the best (+) have a good & silent area in Dago, parking area & buggy will be a comfort for the guest (+) pool area was great view & huge with different depth, children pool was separated (+) check in & out very smooth (good job), we arrived at 12 pm, and the front office guy was nice (-) no activities for teenagers, no basketball field for my son

Hotel with amazing view, very clean and great hospitality ”
Intercontinental Hotel Bandung located near Bandung Utara (perfect location), the hotel is very clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel staffs were very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. We (me, my wife and my 8 years daughter) stay for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret, just be there :)

Great ambience & fresh air”
Located beside a golf course, the air is fresh anytime of the day. The location is on the outskirts of Bandung, which is fine if you want to get away from the hectic life for a while. The room is cozy and clean, food in the restaurant was nice with varieties of western & eastern menus, and staffs are friendly and eager to help. Would definitely come back to relax and unwind.

It is near the golf range which is perfect for my husband and daughter to go and play golf. The room is spacious, bright and offers fantastic view to the swimming pool and golf course. The staff was warm and excellent. Breakfast was not bad! We enjoyed our stay and will come to stay here again

I've been 2 times stayed at InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar (Before and while Pandemic). Both visits are AMAZING! Hotel staff, facilities, cleanliness, location, and ambiance are AMAZING. They have a spacious parking lot and BEST VIEW compares to their competitors.

Location in Dago, quite far from the downtown of Bandung, but a lot of restaurant/cafe nearby. Service is good, staff is friendly, spacious and clean room, the food is good compared to InterCon Pondok Indah. Decent swiming pool.

I think i should stay a bit longer in this hotel. Not enough to enjoy their hospitality for only 1 day.. Spacious room with their iconic day bed, got the best view from the room, breakfast is exceptional (various kind of food with great taste)... my 4-yo daughter really love their warm pool.. Want to stay here again for sure ❤️

Wonderful staycation and great service”
We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband initially requested the hotel to decorate our room as a surprise, turned out not only being decorated but our room was also upgraded for free (plus the anniversary cake). All the staff is friendly. The hotel is not really in the city center so it is really suitable for relaxing. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Awesome Service”
Awesome and wonderful service were given the moment we check-in till we check-out. Great receptionist that handled our check-in and they even personally delivered the forgotten passport to our doorstep. Breakfast was amazing with the great view. Definitely will come back again. Two thumbs up!

Perfect for staycation ”
Staff very thoughtful. We celebrate our wedding anniversary, staff decorate our room and give choc cake as a compliment. The breakfast was great. Staff very helpfull too.. Just one thing needs improvement : the water got smell. And it a bit yellowish..
