Perfecta estancia, solo fué una noche pero aunque no pudimos desayunar en el hotel puesto que saliamos muy temprano, nos prepararon un pic-nic perfecto. Todo el personal muy amable y servicial y habitacion estupenda totalmente nueva.

Helpful Staff”
Room was high class overlooking the river with bath and shower with rain shower. The bed was a super king size. I don’t usually comment on things like the TV but it had every channel I wanted including the cricket on Fox. I had a massage on the 4th floor that was so good and the facilities there were great even if I didn’t use them. Next time I will use them. The breakfast had everything you could want but some items of the hot western breakfast could have been hotter. I think this was the fault of the warmers being used. The staff were super helpful especially Thu. She did everything she could to make me happy. She was very helpful with advice on buses, and other staff were helpful with things to do and places to see. The Sky Bar gave a great panoramic view of the river and city but was not so lively, possibly due to the time of year, being at the end of the year of the pig. The food was good and favourably priced.

Nice, Clean and reasonable nice hotel in Can Tho”
We stayed here two nights. The hotel is very nice except for the 8 steps from the street to the hotel lobby without handrail and this could cause some problem for handicap and elder people. The room is clean an the bathroom is also very nice with large shower head. We love the welcome drink and breakfast. Overall I would recommended this hotel to all of my friends and would like to see that the management looks into a handrail for the steps that I've mentioned above.

The hotel is very clean. Room is comfort and spacious. Reception staff are very very helpful, Ngut, Qught and a Trainee lady (might not be right spelling) and doorman Tan. Only downside is the spa. The lady practically just rubbing my feet, instead massage.

Great location. 5 min walk to Vincom - the biggest mall in town”
Nice room with nice decor and new facilities. Quiet. Comfortable. Receptionists were not attending at my request when I asked for travel assistance for 3 times. Sky bar was super boring with no guests and the staff were not willing to serve the two of us. I only stay one night, so nothing more to share.

i had booked through a hotel i stayed at and paid to much for the room. The next day i booked through agoda and got good value for my money. Book through a travel website and the hotel is great value and a great place to stay.
