“Do NOT come here if you expect good service”
Pros: It's a beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Nice heated pool, spa, few restaurants, etc. Cons: Service is most horrible. Will never come back and stay at this hotel. I'm not sure if these people know what service is. Incident 1: We were told by receptionist that swimming pool opens from 7am to 7pm. So we started swimming at 4:45pm. Very nice heated pool. We were enjoying it until a guy disturbed us. A muscular guy in white polo walked by to the pool while we were in the water. He told us in exact words: "Get out. We are finished". What the. So we said we were told the pool doesn't close until 7pm. He said its a mistake and that we need to leave now. We looked at the time. It's exactly 5:15pm. We refused to leave and we asked to talk to a manager. Manager never came because they never called manager for us. Pls take a look at the picture I posted. We waited until 5:35pm for manager. The picture shows that the pool in summer closes at 7pm and winter at 6pm. Picture shows it was only 5:35pm. But we were told to leave at 5:15pm. Take that as a customer service. We called for manager again and a very nice Chief Butler (his business card in picture) came to our room to apologize. He apologized repeatedly and asked for what he can do for us and offer us some drinks. We like this guy. He's very nice to talk to and he apologized many times for something he did not cause. Incident 2: My mother stayed alone in one room. One evening, a guy in suit came knocking on the door to my mom's room. She mistakenly opened the door. He walked in and took the wine bottle on top of the mini bar. She asked him why he took it and he didn't answer. She asked him if she would be charged for it in the bill and he said no. Surely, when we checked out, the wine was in the bill. We told the receptionist the full story and they waived the bill. But the incident goes much further than the bill. They have no right to knock on the door of occupied guest room and no right to walk inside w

“Excellent Except....”
We call everyday to get coffee capsule plus filling our minibar with the complementary soft drinks. Also they don't offer change if you need to tip them.

“Pleasant stay at Kempinski Nile”
Location, clean, friendly staff
It was a nice stay but the hotel is already a bit old. The rooms are small as well as the pool at the roof top. I expected a better breakfast for a Kempinski Hotel but the bars are ok. The location is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. I give 4 stars for the hotel.
