El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de muchos centros comerciales, museos, restaurantes. Sin embargo, está mal mantenido, la limpieza no es buena. Las toallas de la habitación tenían olor a fierro, lo mismo que las sábanas. No lo recomiendo para nada en plan vacacional.

The staff were very kind and apologetic about the room smelling like a wet dog when I checked in. My bad luck, the hotel was also a voting poll which made for a rude awakening. I highly doubt the hotel was fully booked so placing a guest in the room immediately next to the lobby was a serious oversight. Im relatively low-maintenance when traveling alone. But this was bad. Not worth more than $40 a night, and thats without a room that smells like mold. 👎🏽👎🏽

I did not have any troubles on my trip. I’m actually grateful that the concierge who checked me in because my flight was delayed and I came in after 1 AM. I greatly appreciate that from the front desk as I had already paid for the night. As a solo traveler this was a great location near the mall safe for Ubers lyfts etc. I got around the city easily and was able to see friends with no trouble. Many fun day parties and restaurants are nearby as well as happy hours and great nice restaurants like Mastro‘s and Willie G‘s. If you want to spend more $ you can go somewhere else ( I’ve stayed at better hotels in Houston ) but for the price I spent I was comfortable and would certainly do it again. facilities are not upgraded ( gym pool) but again great shower great bed decent grab and go breakfast safe environment what more can I ask for.
