Hot shower not working same as the faucet. However, staffs are wonderful. They attend to your needs immediately
Sleep soundly to the sound of the ocean at your villa”
A bit away from Oslob but we picked here because it was absolutely ocean front villa. It had a trampoline for the boys & a pool that they loved. Wish we stayed more than one night!
Not worth of your money”
Too far from oslob whale shark. Advertised pool is not working. We experienced 2-3hours brownout without power generator. Suffered the heat of the night. And they were not expecting us when we got there. We wait until the room was made for us.
We will return here soon I am certain.
We were a large group looking for a comfortable place to stay for a night, and we stumbled upon this. We weren't expecting anything honestly but we're really surprised how amazing the place is. It's quite big and the house we stayed at (Hana House) has an amazing ocean view and easy access to the abandoned boat ramp. 2 rooms were air-conditioned and their restaurant offers good food too. Definitely worth every peso. The only downside is the cleanliness of the kitchen. Wish they would renovate it, especially the drawers. Other than that, the staff were nice and easy to talk to! :)
it was rainy the day i arrived in this resort. my mum enjoyed nap in the room next to the sea. i enjoyed swimming in the pool under the rain. it was ungettable memory to me. i regret now i didnt swim in the sea like the Philippine people did at that time. the staffs were very friendly and helpful. love to visit again someday.
Very nice, Very peaceful”
I really enjoyed my 2 days here. Very secure complex with a nice pool. The room was basic but had everything I could ask for. Beautiful sea view with access to the water on the back with the pool on the front. The staff arranged a masseuse to come to the room and trike for transport. Anything we needed they arranged for us to make our stay very comfortable. Is 5 mins by trike or scooter to Oslob. Also have some nice birds and a monkey called Nora. I would highly recommend staying here. There is no negative aspects at all
Totally fail. No good service. Rooms are old. Not clean. Over price in terms of their service. I won't recommend and I won't visit them again.
Not worth ”
Rooms are look old. Not very clean. Pool is dirty and old. Owner is not customer friendly. Few requests little late check out they charge us 250 pesos per hour. We were not able to complete our itenary. We had no water many times in few hours. Rooms no internet. We won't visit them again.
Great location with good staff. I can say that this resort is highly recommended for everyone especially when you are travelling with your friends and family !!! Shout out to all the staff and thanks po mga ate and kuya for the warm welcome! We really enjoy staying with you all! ^_^
Very enjoyable stay with hosts that cared”
Friendly and helpful hosts and staff that made our stay most pleasant . Would defiantly stay there again if in Oslob
Very nice comfortable place”
The place is very nice and quiet. Good to just get away from the busy towns. The resort was lovely ad nice however the airconditioning in our rooms were so small that it couldnt make the room cold enough.. we were still sweaty. You could feel the cold from the outside but inside, its nothing. The owner ad staff are so nice. Thank you.
Very dirty hotel. Absolutely overpriced. I would never recommended to anyone.
Some of the staff are friendly but they offer the worst FOOD ever”
- We arrived at their hotel at 8PM, all tired and hungry from the 6 hour trip from Cebu City to their hotel located in Oslob. - We asked if the kitchen is still open as we would like to order dinner for our group of 4. - We ordered the following: 1. Beef Steak - the meat was way toooo hard to chew. I cannot even cut it in little pieces. It's very oily and not appetizing at all. 2. Pork Menudo - they murdered this traditional Filipino dish. Instead of having carrots, potatoes, and pork cut into cubes with tomato sauce, soy sauce and liver spread, their version of the menudo dish looked like Sweet and Sour Potatoes cut into huge uneven pieces. It was sour and sweet at the same time and only very small piece of pork was added. IT was all potatos and bell pepper. 3. Fish Sinigang - the fish is not fresh. On our last day, we woke up at 5am since we are traveling to Bais City, Negros Oriental. We asked when breakfast will be served and the staff said that it will be served at 8AM because their cook wakes up at 7am. On their menu, it says Breakfast 6AM - 10AM, but they don't wake up until 7am. We were so hungry and they didn't even have any food in the mini bar in the room except for 3 in 1 coffee and a kitkat/m&m's. I have gastroenteritis and I was having an acid attack by 730AM. When the cook finally woke up, we ordered breakfast of Tocilog, a combination of pork tocino, fried rice and fried egg. The tocino is BURNT on one side. I cannot think of a way to sabotage a very easy dish to prepare. The hotsilog, - combo of hotdog, fried rice and egg is awful. Again the hotdog is burnt. How can someone mess up preparing a simple fried food, is beyond me. We paid 4500 a night and stayed for 2 nights and it was the worst experience I had in all my years of traveling. On this recent trip to Cebu - Negros, the stay is Lagunde resort was the most expensive accommodation we booked but this was by far the worst one. btw, their pool is dirty.
Ok but has to deal with conflicts with agoda.com”
Booked a room here through agoda and I added 1 extra bed. Upon check out, the owner won't release us because we need to pay 300 pesos for the extra bed. I had to show my booking details and proved that the extra bed was paid online. The owner said agoda was not allowed to do this. Nevertheless, he did not force to pay the said amount.
This is a good hotel, rooms satisfactory, pool, staff are friendly but need to be more professional and prompt, I liked that it is very private. and on the water.
Stayed for a night and we found the resort pretty average. The staff are accommodating and always tries to address your concerns. The resort is near the Cuartel and the Immaculate Conception Parish Church, which we have enjoyed very much. However, there are things I don't like in their resort: 1) Water is always not available, there was a time that water was delivered to our room from a pale; 2) the water in the pool is somewhat brackish; 3) place is far from places where you can buy food; 3) transportation to and from the resort and town proper costs an average of Php 40.00 even it was just more than a kilometer away. Moreover, my concern about the Oslob town is: 1) No places with good food; 2) laid back leaving; 3) costly transportation; and 4) rocky/stony beach area.
