Mi estancia fué cómoda, el personal atento y amable siempre, cerca de estación de tren y buena conexión con aeropuerto, un poco largo el trayecto. Lo único malo fué que la habitación era bastante antigua, la televisión era super antigua pero el cuarto de baño estaba en buenas condiciones.

Great location”

I wanted to stay in a hotel with a good metro connection and close to RCDE Stadium but well outside downtown Barcelona — and this was my choice. A 5-min walk to Cornellà metro station, the end station of line 5. And a 15-minute walk to RCDE Stadium. A shopping centre right next to the hotel, with a big Carrefour mercado and then some. Air-conditioning remained a mystery to me; mostly it was too hot in the room, so I had to have the window open now and then. The front door was locked many times when I came home, and I had to wait a few minutes for the receptionist to open the door after having rung the door bell. Not nice. The magnetic keycard for the room had to be re-programmed once, even if I tried to keep it in a magnetically safe pocket. The window has not particularly sound-proof, so there was some noise from the street. Luckily it was quite a quiet street as such.

Perfect week for city and relaxation”

NH Cornellà was a very short distance to the airport, just 15 minutes. We chose this hotel as it was not to far from the City centre, but it also had a larger pool than the many rooftop pools within the centre. We definitely chose the right hotel for us. It was a reasonable price, but maybe could have been less because of the distance out from the centre. It took us longer to get into the city centre as there was some work on the metro line, meaning we had to get a ‘bus especial’ linking us between a couple of stations. Otherwise, it was very easy to get around and only took around anywhere between 30-50 mins to get to where you needed to be in the centre. The pool was the perfect size and it was always quiet and relaxing. Also, the water was never to cold. There was never any more than 10 other people around there pool. The breakfast was great, it was always the same stuff but there was such a variety that that didn’t matter. You could also order fresh hot food too.

Chose this hotel because it was not far from airport and very close to the metro. Disappointed with the cleanliness of our room the first time we stayed, but the second time our room was alot better.

NH Cornelia is located ~40 mins from the city center which includes ~10 mins walk to the metro/train stations. The room is pretty basic but the cleaning could be sloppy on certain days (it’s not dirty by the way, just that there were days when the cleaners forgot to place a hand towels, left the used pillow covers on the sofa and etc). Staffs are helpful and nice. One aspect that troubled me a lot is that guests have to ring the doorbell to enter the hotel each time. It’s troublesome for guests and for the counter staffs even though it won’t provide added security.

I only stayed 1 night in this hotel. I arrived in the evening. The staff was very nice, she upgraded my room from standard to superior without any charge. I booked this hotel in order to catch the bus 77 to the airport, cost 2 euro. Unfortunately, I didnt catch the time so I went with the taxi, cost 30 euros. The hotel was good, but far from the crowd. I saw there is shopping mall around there but I didnt go because I already arrived late and flight in the next morning. Overall everything is good inside the hotel and also the staff.

Goo quality neighborhood hotel with superb transport connection ”

Even out of the city center, this property is superbly connected both by metro and Renfe. Stations just 5 min walk away and in Renfe takes to Sants/ Catalonia in 15 min tops. Metro takes more, but no big deal here. As per hotel itself, all is just fine, nothing extraordunary, but nothing to complain about either.

pretty good hotel but far from city center”

location: bus stop to airport just in front of hotel which is good but we wait quite long for one bus to come. small shopping center nearby which easier for us to find food. far to city center. quite troublesome for us (with many kids & babies) walk to train station to go downtown. room: no complaints! perfect! my room air con is broke down so the reception move & upgrade our room which is awesome! the only things is during check out they ask us to pay the city tax based on the upgrade room given which the tax is more expensive than the room i booked.

Great transport links, unfortunately while we were there they closed the metro early and a taxi costs 22-25 euro from the centre. Beware the taxi drivers charge more than this because they don't have a fare on the way back. The hotel did notify us the metro was closing early when we enquired that evening so can't fault the hotel.

Bathroom was spacious and clean. Large bathtub. Location was great, close to a metro station and a mall. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We chose not to include breakfast, and there is a local café /bar across from NH. Staff were nice, but there was only one receptionist most of the time.

Good value for Barcelona”

I enjoyed my stay as I have done previously. I didn`t use the pool as it is still a bit cool in January . I find the location close to public transport makes up for the distance from the centre of Barcelona. Either the metro or the tram can be used to go to the Camp Nou to see the wonderful FC Barcelona and using the T10 ten journey ticket makes it very inexpensive at just under 1 Euro per travel.

One possible concern is that the bathroom floor is glazed so that it's very slippery and I almost fell getting out of the tub.

My second time in this hotel. Good location, near airport, about 25-30 minutes ride from Terminal 1. Cornelia Centre and Metro station is about 10minutes walk from hotel. Bus stop is right there infront of the hotel which makes it more convenient. Good value for money. Very friendly staff. I will stay here again.
