Great location and service”

This is my 2nd review.... the location is outstanding as well the the service staff (provisional as well as friendly)... much better than most hotels in Vietnam. Good job!!! Don’t ever loose sight of that since you are in the Service industry. Evette from the bellman to reception and the room cleaning staff.. very cheerful and helpful. My Suite (1109) was well taken care off during our two days there.

A beautiful room with great services”

We stayed two nights and rented two rooms (one Premium Suite alone Delux room, both with Riverside views). We arrived a bit early bit was allowed to check in two hours earlier. Our Premium Suite was huge with very large bedroom (King bed) with outstanding view of the River), the living room was also large with access to a balcony, another outstanding view, and the bathroom was great!!! Water very strong and temperature well controlled. My children stay in a Delux room with two twin beds. The breakfast was very good which includes both Vietnamese traditional foods (My favs) as well as some westerner dishes like eggs, bacon and toast.... the only thing I don5 care for is the crowd that show up at this restaurant in the morning... they are either a bunch of snobs with no manner...or tourists just hungry for foods.... they cut lines and grabs plateful of foods without considering for anyone else... Btw, they are both Vietnamese and foreigners ... not just Chinese tourists.

Good value for 4 star”

we had brilliant views of the city and river as we selected this on booking. Breakfast was excellent too. The only problem is no windows can be opened and the AC was very difficult to adjust, so cold air blowing at night was not good. The AC unit (on the ceiling) also has very bright lights.

Notable”

I live in Can Tho but when family come over to visit, I'll usually book them here due to location and price. Location is excellent with the downtown restaurants and night market. Compared to the top hotel in the city, this hotel is relatively reasonable.

Great location great hotel awesome pool”

Pros Large pool which our 4 year old could touch the ground at one end which was good for playing. We had a river view room which was worth the extra price Cons Reception area did not smell nice. Breakfast was not greatly suited to Westerners Bed was very hard

Excepcional”

All staff are friendly , providing attentive service , especially the professional staff from Tour arrangement. We have been well taken care at the restaurant when there is not enough seats for guests. The food is delicious. In general, we enjoy our holidays during the stay at the hotel. Thanks the management and staff for all you did for us!

Pleasant short stay”

It was our short stay in Can Tho for next day heading to another place in Mekong Delta. The hotel is located in the very nice place with best view to the walking bridge and Can Tho Brigde (very nice view at night). Room are clean.

Ninh kieu riverside ”

This hotel has best view in Can Tho city. I love to look over the Can Tho bridge and Great Mekong river. Everything was good here. Clean room & toilet. Food was good. I also love the skybar, but the staff in skybar are not friendly.

Excepcional”

I spent one night at a River View Room and it was well worth it. The location is really good, just 5 mins walk to the Ninh Kieu Quay and Night Market. The view of the River view room is really great at night. Friendly and helpful staffs, they even tried to call the Taxi 3 times thought i didn't ask.

Nice hotel, good location”

Hotel is 4* located at Ninh Kieu Quay where is exiciting at night with many coffee shops, restaurants. It's really good for foreigners. The staffs are friendly, the room is clean, nice and quiet, good for relax.

All show, no substance”

Great position, catering to Vietnamese so breakfast wasn’t very interesting although large selection. Dirty walls in room, fixtures and fitting very poor, loud base music reverberating through the hotel most days and up to 10pm. Staff were extremely helpful and the best thing going for the place.

Clean Room and nice view by the river ”

The room is clean and spacious and I have a good river view. It would be better if can improve the quality of the bed and bedsheets.

Good Location only”

The location is what makes this hotel , but this was let down by a rather poor breakfast choice for European travellers , apart from the egg station there was also a lack of fresh fruit . Noodle and rice choices were not appealing either.

Bad service”

Staff cant speak English They kept and returned my colleague’s ID to the wrong person, but did not even want to apologize.

Very central location, good sized well maintained pool and pool area. Enjoyed the breakfast selection and service. Would definitely stay again.

Not a 4star hotel”

Expected a nice service through introducing pictures. But, it was disappointing from my first impression while checking in. No air conditioning, all the lights were off, not friendly staffs. For the rooms, aircon filter was full with dust and bad small came out. And the floor was not cleaned well as I can find someone else's hair and dust. I asked then, hotel staff finally fixed all but I had to wait around 30min. to use the room. For the breakfast, I came the restaurant around 8:30 but many of food was ran out and not refilled. Tables and were dirty with food stains. The hotel itself looks 4star but I felt the service was like 3 or 2 star hotel.
