Our family spent overnight to spend our daughter's birthday. We were amazed at how close we are to great restaurants as Novotel Gold Coast was at the very heart of it all. Very convenient as woolies was just almost at our doorstep. Walking distance to the beach where we enjoyed our night stroll scouring through the night market stalls. Skypoint was very closeby too which was a treat for everybody, looking at 360 degree views of Gold Coast. Stunning! Hotel has pool, gym, tennis court, and restaurant too. Our room and beds are clean. The room orientation was perfect for the family. Thanks for making our quick stay wonderful!

Cheap and best. Very friendly. Easy parking. Prime location. No need to book expensive hotels, you'll find everything here.”
Very comfortable bed. Nice view from balcony. Great parking. Woolworths is in the basement. Room has everything. It will be very great if this hotel starts to offer guided tours and activities. Will be much convenient for people like me who visited surfers paradise for the first time and knew nothing.

Absolutely great staff, arrived a fair bit early before check in. Had easy directions to Carpark explained over the phone, greeted constantly from Carpark to check in desk by staff. Booked a double bed room but only needed 1 bed. So we were upgraded to a room with a great view and a spa bath also. Everything was easy to get to or understand where to go. Only downfall would be the lift from Carpark upwards doesn't operate after a certain hour at night but no signage downstairs to say that (waited a good 10 minutes before going up stairs with a bad knee) Other than that it was the best hotel stay we've had yet and would return time and time again.

I booked the hotel to stay for my mum birthday celebration. The room was clean and the staff are super helpful. I would definatelly recomend this to my friends and family. Also, I would like to say massive thank you for the reservation team that went above and beyond to create a perfect birthday celebration for my mum for the decoration in the room, the chocolate with the card in the room. Cockroach in room”
Every staff in the hotel are so nice and friendly, except the India staff at night ! We approach the desk because there is one large cockroach in the room. We showed the staff picture , he told us it isNORMAL in Queensland because of the weather, and didn’t even apology for this. Are you kidding me that this is normal and common that supposed to happen in a four star hotel?

The room had a balcony with a direct view to the beach! We had an awesome stay. There were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We encountered some electrical issue but it was promptly solved by the maintenance team. Love the fact that flat rate parking is available at the hotel as well.

I booked a standard twin room and was happy with. It is spacious enough for 4 of us (2A and 2C) and was a simple, comfortable room. There is no mini bar or anything fancy in the room. Their pool and spa was great for the kids and the location is pretty much unbeatable. If you are looking for a simple, value for money hotel in a great spot of Surfers, and don't mind a busy hotel, then this is the one for you.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to be near cavil ave & all the bars & restaurants around. The rooms are very spacious & have been renovated & the beds are huge & comfy. Only down side is the lifts always take forever - be ready to wait at least 5minutes & have 1 or 2 pass you by as they are full - even though there are 5 in the hotel it is not enough for the amount of people staying. Staff are friendy & helpful. Breakfast is a buffet & worth it if you dont want to venture out, but there are cheaper options out there too if you dont get breakfast included. Overall great central hotel in surfers - look out for specials as you can sometimes get great deals especially for longer stays.
