Su ubicación es muy buena, cerca de estaciones de metro y otros puntos de interés. La zona me pareció segura para caminar día y noche. La habitación muy cómoda. El personal muy atento siempre! Excelente experiencia. Volvería a este hotel en una próxima visita.

Gran ubicación puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio y está muy bien conectado con el transporte público. Las habitaciones son acogedoras y muy bien decoradas. Pero sin duda el personal es lo mejor del hotel, atento y siempre facilitándote todo lo que necesites. Volveremos seguro!

nos encantò el hotel. la habitaciòn es linda, luminosa y con buena vista. la ubicaciòn es perfecta: hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y negocios. la plaza catalunya està muy cerca y allì llegan y salen trenes y subtes. todos los dìas nos dejaban botellas de agua y chocolatitos, y el ùltimo dìa un plato de frutas : ) todos los chicos de recepciòn son super amables y siempre con excelente humor y dispuestos a ayudarnos. abel es mi preferido! volveremos.

Todo muy bien. Habitación espaciosa, no se oyen los ruidos de la calle, pero sí algunos de las habitaciones contiguas. Por el precio que se paga, esperaba más de la distribución de la habitación, ya que a la entrada de la habitación te encuentras el lavamanos. Preferiría que el baño estuviera completamente separado. En general,da la sensación de que la habitación ha sido construida con materiales de baja calidad, lo cual no concuerda con el precio que se paga por la habitación. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Amazing 4-star Hotel!”
Upon our check-in, Joseph spent a good amount of time showing us a map of the city and giving us recommendations of where to go and tips for seeing/getting around the city. It was awesome to be greeted with warmth and recommendations! We were given a small upgrade to a bigger room and it was not only large but very comfortable. The staff are friendly, gracious, helpful and always greet you when you come in/out, even getting the door for you. The only small complaints we have are that the toilet paper was one-ply, rough and small rolls that we had to call up daily to be brought more. And the bath towels are on the thinner side and not very soft. These are so minor and shouldn't stop you from booking. This hotel was in a perfect, clean, comfortable condition. We would stay again next time we are in Barcelona!!

1. Friendly, speedy check-in. 2. Haul my luggage to my room while I am still checking in. 3. Accommodate my needs for a room with special needs, complimentary. 4. A welcome card from the hotel manager along with a glass of wine and snacks, for my first visit. 5. The room is very clean, good vibe, comfortable. 6. The room is quiet. 7. Ask if I want to have bottles of water after I check out, and ask if I need any help to getting me to the airport. 8. Close to most attraction by walking 20-30 minutes, train station to BCN airport is 9 minutes walking. Very pleasant stay. Sure will stay here again on my next visit.

Hotel was amazing, clean, quiet and in a great location. After checking, we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel sent up a bottle of champagne and a desert plate as a honeymoon gift to congratulate us on our recent wedding. My wife and I spent every night on the beautiful roof top patio before and after going out to enjoy the nightlife in Barcelona. Location of this hotel is amazing! Walking distance to amazing cafes, restaurants and all the tourist attractions! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona. Staff made it such a pleasant visit! Thank you!

This is our belated honey moon/anniversary with our 3 years old daughter. Everything is perfect, and we love the friendly, helpful and down-to-details staff that welcome us every time they see us. The room is well-equipped, spacious and quiet if you think of you are actually sitting in the center of the city and right next to the bustling street. Walking distance to most of the famous attractions, great selections of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We’ll definitely come back again! Thank you for having us!

The staff at Olivia Balmes was incredibly friendly and professional, the facilities were perfect and the location could not be better to go around and about Barcelona. Everything was very good but the real plus at the hotel is it’s wonderful people.. definitely returning there next time I visit Barcelona.

Olivia Balmes Hotel was wonderful. Near city center but away from the more tourist centric areas such as La Rambla. Easy walk to the Gaudi Building and the Segrada Familia. Wonderful breakfast and although cool/cold, the rooftop was gorgeous at night looking out over the city. Highly recommended.

Staffs were really nice! They gave us lots of useful travel suggestions and warm Chinese New year welcome. The location is convenient to most sightseeing, as well as shopping malls. Some great restaurants are also close. We love this place!
