Tuve un problema con las cañerías del baño, tardaron dos días en solucionarlo, mientras mi familia y yo estábamos con los pisos inundados . El personal muy bien!

La ubicación es insuperable cerca de todo, la rambla y paseo de Gracia sobretodo. El trato del personal, muy atentos para q uno se sienta cómodo. Nos obsequiaron una cava de bienvenida y otra de despedida. Excelente atención. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza.

Una corta pero muy acogedora estancia”
Fue una estancia increíble. El hotel es precioso y está muy bien situado, solo salir por la puerta ya estas en medio del meollo de masas. La habitación muy confortable pero para mi gusto y por el hecho de estar en una superior un poco pequeña.

Para nada buena. La habitacion es super incomoda... mal colchon, el baño y la ducha dentro de la habitacion sin separacion. El desayuno muy caro por lo que brindan, s IVA.No lo recomiendo! Hay muchos mejores hoteles en la misma zona.

Hotel centrally located and airport transfer (Aerobus) stop tiny in front of the hotel (just need to cross the road and you can reach hotel). Staff are friendly and helpful as well!

Really amazing staff . We had a small issue with our room and it was sorted out in 15 minutes they changed our room. It’s my daughter’s birthday on Saturday they surprised her with the most delicious chocolate mousse cake and champagne which was very nice of them. The hotel is centrally situated so you can walk to most of the places.

We booked this property for our last night before leaving Europe. We were given good service and a room on the 10th floor with a very nice view of the city and nearby mountains. Located in a busy vibrant city area with zero noise issues or inconvenience. We recommend staying here for at least 3 days for the positive reasons mentioned here, and the close proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Right in Plaça Catalunyà. Easy access to Metro, Aerobus and City Tour bus. Shoppers paradise . Restaurants nearby. Beside the walking Street of Las Ramlas.. Above all excellent hotel staff . Efficient and friendly Receptionists, reliable concierge and dedicated waiters incoffee house during breakfasts. Substantial and well spread breakfast. Only con , check in was at 3 pm.

We were here on our way to cruse. Amazing location to major destinations of Barcelona Spain. We stroll rambla upto the marina, back to plaza. Most of the tourist crowd. Food unbeatable. Missed the old town due to short trip although it was just few steps; anyway you have have excuse for next trip, right?

The Hotel is in front of plaza Cataluña where you can take the aerobús A1 or A2 from and to the airport. Around de corner there is also a locker room to leave your bags. Ramblas is next to the hotel where you can Walk and there are some other restaurants shops and a Corte ingles around. The front desk personal were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Difficult to find now days. We had an excellent stay
