NO SO BAD, but...”

el cambio de la "oficina de cambio" no es el real. Las habitaciones cerca del generador (casi la mitad) són ruidosas. Y la relación calidad-precio no es buena. En cambio tiene una buena piscina, amplios comedores, recibidor, bar y música en directo.

La piscina no era de nuestro gusto, muy alargada y oscura, nos desplazabamos al otro hotel de su misma cadena, donde se encontraba el tobogan que se ve en las fotografias.

Buen resort”

Hotel muy tranquilo y correcto. Cerca de la playa, lo malo es que la zona de playa es mala.

Old but Very Well Maintained”

We got a simple room just for an overnight stay to get to Nusa Penida the next day. We were quite surprised by the scale of the hotel. And the range of amenities was great. Forgot to bring our gym attire along. Though the hotel maybe dated, but the amenities and room facilities are very well maintained. Kudos! Had a good night rest with a fulfilling complimentary breakfast buffet. Not the best, but not complaining either. Just keep up the good work.

Ideal location for catching ferries to Lembogan, Lombok, Penida, Gilis”

Comfortable, quiet room. Huge hotel. Massive pool, probably the biggest i have ever swam in. Staff excellent, courteous and helpful. Only half an hour from airport, but allow an hour just in case. Breakfast was buffet and huge selection. Just stayed one night but coukd stay a few more. Walking distance to cafes and beach but beach is busy with the ferries and passengers everywhere.

The breakfast was very good for veggies lovers... there are so many options of veggies compare to our previous hotel with higher price... the room was nice and the staff was very helpful!!!

Good place before going to Nusa Penida”

So close to Pelabuhan Sanur (gateaway to Nusa Penida). But far from Bali City Center (kuta legian seminyak). The room was big clean dan comfortable. You need to walk away in long coridor for your room. The breakfast service was average, not good but not bad lah

Attentive staff and great location ”

In the heart of Sanur, walking distance to the famous Warung Mak Beng. Easy to find transport. Good coffee (Tanamera) at the bar/resto near the lobby. The 24 hour room service also has great food option.

Amazing hotel!”

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel situated so close to the beach. The rooms were clean and the beds were luxurious to sleep in. We enjoyed the pool, gym and spa services. The staff were all so helpful, warm and friendly. I puke stay here again!

Always a great hotel to stay in!”

Stayed here for the umpteenth time, got upgraded to premier room only because there were no double bed room available while my request was for one. Breakfast menu was good, only now the pork bacon was not on the buffet and you had to ask the waiters to get one (I think, not much of a pork fan anyway). The room and bathroom was clean, always a pleasure to stay in this hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms Diani, she allowed me to modify my booking. It’s non refundable though. Breakfast is good but it should be more varied. Room is cleaned the next morning, standing applause 🤗🤗

Got a room with not-so-cold air-conditioner, contacted front office, within 5 minutes I was given a free upgrade to a Premier Room with good air-conditioner. Wide range of varieties for breakfast, great value for money and great guest-oriented service.

Loft style”

Since me and my friend only stayed a night here and we didn't have a chance to check the pool area. We only stayed a realy short time since we mostly spent time outside. But the room was spacious and the bed also good. Balcon a it small but we did spend hours there to chit chat.

Excepcional”

Great place to stay, so close to the boats to Penida Island. Rooms a good size and breakfast excellent.

Disappointed food, Felt tricked”

Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur downgraded their food (resto, room services) to the lowest taste and cheapest cost they can get their hands on. Outrageous prices for all their food item menus above IDR 100k with the taste and value match to those on slump street food corners. Very different to when the hotel used to be named Sanur Paradise Hotel and managed by better team in hospitality industry. We are not going to stay not even consider spending a penny in this place anymore. The attitudes of their restaurant staff at Harum Resto was not warmed nor welcomed. Fried rice that were not fully cooked. They purchased frozen foods, warmed cooked, and display them with 175k per pax. Do they even have a real chef that really cooked the foods, I doubt. Folks don't spend eating here and waste IDR 100k- 500k, you can get healthier richer value meals outside and still have leftovers to carry home. Their trick is to make us spend those tasteless expensive foods during the Bali Silent Day knowing it's a day no one can go outside the hotel. This is the end, never going to trust these people.
