Just ok”

Spent one night here. Couple hundred bucks and it really was just a place to lay your head. The smell in the room from the sanitizing/air freshener was very strong we had to open the window for a while. Breakfast was nice in the morning after our three mile hike to hanging lake but we had to eat in our room so food was cold by the time we got there and I’m thinking anything would have tasted great after the hike. Again, just good for a quick night

Very happy with the place, it was clean and beside the river. We hd a wonderful and reaxing breakfast by the deck. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They also follow Covid strict guidelines protocol. Will surely comeback next time.

Notable”

Biggest problem with this property is limited parking. Only 1 car allowed per room 100$ fee for 2nd spot. No parking anywhere near by either very inconvenient had to park 2nd car 15 minute walk away from hotel

Unexpected Gem”

As soon as I walked in the door, I knew that the stay was going to be perfect... Everyone on the staff was so helpful and glad to be of service to you!!! Very rarely do you have a full breakfast! And I mean FULL breakfast!!! If anything ran out, it was filled in seconds .. This entire staff made this place run perfectly.. Can't wait for next year... I'll definitely be staying here every trip!

Road trip”

Stayed one night as I was on a road trip. First room I was given hadn't been cleaned. Front desk agent changed my room right away. Bed was comfortable.

My wife forgot her ipod in the room, but she called three days later and it was turned in by an employee. Awesome. Now she just needs to have them mail to us. I hope that goes well also.

Amazing relaxing hotel ”

Me and my boyfriend loved it. Get a room by the window, so you can hear the river and birds. The bed was the comfiest ive slept on.

My stay was very pleasant. Would like to have had some eggs without meat available for breakfast. I booked my room through Pet Friendly Hotels.com and asked them to be sure the hotel knew I was bringing my cat. They indicated they would contact the hotel, but this was not done, and the hotel had to shift my room.

Wonderful... window outside was on the Colorado River, very nice... nice walking path with easy access to many area businesses. Clean, and everything worked with the guest in mind. Large rooms, expansive TV service, breakfast was good and a full one. Pet friendly too!!! This is my new "Go To" motel in the Glenwood area!
