Por problemas con mis vuelos, tuve que reservar a última hora una noche en este hotel para poder tomar mi vuelo de conexión temprano. Es un hotel que es excelente la relación precio-calidad. Cuentan con Shuttle al aeropuerto de ida y vuelta y el personal es muy amable. Te permiten imprimir algunos documentos en la recepción lo que te ayuda sobre todo si requieres hacer algún trámite en el aeropuerto.

Llegue a la media noche por una escala, el baño lleno de cabellos , solicite el cambio, me enviaron al segundo piso, a esa hora el ascensor no funciona ? Por las gradas con las maletas a media noche, lo único bueno es la atención en la recepción muy amables, aunque dice que hablan español pues no lo hablan. No volveria

Everything her was great. It was just really disappointing that the restaurants and stores were closed. It was not a vacation trip and I needed some respite from my sad funerary travel. It WAS NOT their fault however, I think they should have had the restaurant opened with social distancing measures (tables spaced apart, disinfecting wipe-downs between customers and masks are all it takes). No reason for stores not to operate if they were the only ones there(in the hotel). But otherwise, a great hotel for the price I paid.

Pros: Room furnishings were up-to-date, with a comfortable work space. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Location right next to the airport was super convenient and having an on-site restaurant/bar was useful. Cons: I had difficulty calling in a shuttle pickup when I arrived at the airport. I would call the hotel number, it would ring through, and then nobody would be on the other end. After calling about 10 times, I had to call the general Ramada reservations number, and the person on that call was able to contact the front desk somehow and send the shuttle to the terminal.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada inn. The bar is small but there are pool tables and the staff is very friendly and respectful. The pool is huge although I did not have the time to enjoy it but it is clean and pretty at night. The front desk staff is amazing ask for Lucy. If you happen to go to the bar while you’re there ask for Dee. I would recommend staying here anytime because the location is quiet the service is great and the staff is friendly.

Stuck at airport”
We missed our connecting flight. Went online and found a reasonable rate for an overnight hotel by the airport. A bit skeptical about what we would find, but very pleasantly surprised and grateful. Free shuttle to and from airport. Front desk staff and Restaurant employees all super accommodating. Restaurant was open late, which we appreciated, and had a good variety of food. Free breakfast was very good as well! Great value!

So many airport hotels have no food except vending machines and snacks. They have a decent restaurant and even a convenience store right there in the hotel.

Really appreciated the service here. We got in after midnight due to flight delays & we were very happy with the prompt check-in. In the morning the shuttle was about to when we got to reception, and again the check-out was very quick, and the shuttle driver very good. The only downside was that we had a free breakfast when we booked, but management was now surcharging $5 per adult. Not cool - if it states breakfast included when I book, I expect not to be charged.

I booked this hotel for our layover and it was conveniently located near the airport. Transfers are provided which is an advantage. Breakfast spread was simple but good enough and tasty as well. My booking was for 3 adults in a room with queen bed and a sofa bed. I asked for the sofa to be made into a bed and was told that it would incur extra charge since it is considered an extra bed. If an extra bed charge is applicable, that should have been stated in the description of the room. I was disappointed with this.

Nice and good location. Near airport. Food amenities only about 5 - 15 minutes away depending on what you require. I will come back definitely.
