Clean and friendly”
The room was clean. I got room with bathtub as i request on 2nd floor.The staff very friendly and helpfull. We asked for bowl and plate to eating in our room and they give us nicely ( sent to our room ) The breakfast also delicious. Have many variety of foods such as malay cuisine like nasi lemak, kuih ( i never eat before ) and also have western style like hotdogs, scramble eggs and salads. The space very comfortable. Parking lot also many space and easy to checkin and checkout. Definitely will stay in again nextime with affordable price at in the middle of Ipoh’ s town ❤️

The staffs are very friendly. The manager have upgraded my deluxe room to family room for f.o.c as I requested more spacious room for me to solat. The room condition is very clean and spacious. The toilet is clean compared to some 4 star hotel I've stayed before. They also charged me with minimum rate for half day extension. The building is quite old and the interior is acceptable for its standard. For travelers who are not really particular about the building looks and its 90's style, this hotel could be in your list.

Clean & well maintained”
I had a nice stay. The rooms was cleaned and well maintained. Complete with all the necessary item including 4 bottle mineral water (very thoughtful) , iron & iron board, room's slipper and safe deposit (nowadays not many hotel provide this). TV provides many channels, ample parking and good breakfast at a good price. Check in and check out process was fast. Location is good. Keep up the good work.

Budget Hotel with comfortable stay”
As mentioned its not a five star hotel when its spelled as ‘budget’ With the budget you get an acceptable morning breakfast (at times you get worst in ‘starred’ hotel comparatively) and not a spread although buffet in nature.. Parking MAJOR PROBLEM as its always full inside out even on a nonpublic holiday weekdays… rooms not big neither small basic amenities available and room service awesome too.. overall - 4stars hope they can continue the service as such for longer…tq

Friendly Hotel”
Good service from the moment i arrived till i check out. Security was kind enough to show me a parking spot and greeted. Smooth check in ,friendly staff. Room was cozy and clean. Breakfast was good with variety. Coffee house staff was friendly too. only thing to look at is the water outlet in bathroom has a stench, maybe the sewage system.

Best hotel for its price”
Rate is cheaper due to covid 19 outbreak. Good thing it is one of the best hotel that remain open during movement control order and cmco. It is indeed the best hotel for the price range compare to other hotels. Some rooms have private bathtub which is a bit rare nowadays (which u can request without additional price). Most surprising there's a lot of cable TV channel from English, chinese, Korean, Indian and even Malays from unifi tv. To name few, theres Fox movies, fox action, fox families, tvn movies, scm, sensasi and a lot more. I'm enjoy my stay in this hotel during this outbreak

Nice stay”
Satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Regal suite was nice with comfy king bed and nice bath tub.. Room was clean, spacious and cozy. Breakfast was super delicious. Enjoyed my nasi lemak with chicken and western breakfast. Parking available. Overall, i would recommend this hotel and might repeat again in the future.

Very very good service. Much improved compared to last time”
According to the staff there, they have just changed the management. Firstly, I was surprised with their complimentary welcome drink as there is nothing on my last stay. Secondly, all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Thirdly, everything in the room is complete and the hot water comes with very powerful pump and not like some hotels, very small flowing water only. Forthly, besides mineral water, there are free soft drinks and snacks everyday as well everyday. In short, it is value for money stay with strategic location, hygiene.

Good service during the pandemic”
The location is at the center of attractions. Everything is close nearby. U can get food only by walking distance. The hotel also nearby at the hospital, so u need to take precautions. The room also clean and they always take SOPs seriously. It is suitable for business traveler. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a must-stay when you're in Penang. It's very clean. The room is so nice. I love the deco. Iron is provided in the room. Electric kettle as well. Mineral water, instant coffee are complimentary. Small fridge to keep cold drinks. 5 stars from our family.

Enjoyed the great stay at Regalodge. Took home the best roasted chicken ( French recipe) along with good buffet breakfast. Room was clean and tidy and air conditioning was good and cool. Had a splendid stay here.

Surprisingly great”
Had a business to attend to nearby, hence decided for a staycation at the hotel. Booked 2 executives suites, one room got free upgrade to regal suite as i requested for adjoining room. (Only one executive suite and one regal suite per floor apparently) If coming with big family, suggest to take one premier room and one regal suuite as they're adjoining. Regal suite is great, really huge king bed with an extra sofa bed. Large queen bed for executives suite. Both rooms got bathtub. And both rooms are spacious enough for my kids to run around Breakfast is sent up to the room as early as 7.30am. Got 3 options- noodle, nasi lemak or western. All of which are good. Rooms are clean. Overall satisfied with the stay.

If u just looking for a place to sleep for one piece night, with comfortable pillow and bed this will be the right choice. But if u are in vacation, looking for some relaxation hotel please look for other place with better view and environment.

All good, breakfast food awesome”
Breakfast was tiptop. Room cleaned, have bathtub in the toilet which my children happy and enjoyed it. TV channel full of movie. We can spend all night just watching movie.

VERY PLEASENT PLACE TO STAY”
Although small and sometimes does feel cramped, its facilities within the room and in the hotel makes this hotel an excellent place to stay. Clean and enjoyable, comfortable restaurant, nice nice food.

Good experience for a 3-star hotel”
Pros- spacious room, facilities were in excellent condition. Staff were very attentive. Our room has a problem, about 4 staff came to assist. The manager, Mrs Sheila Liew, was very kind and polite. Cons- our room was upgraded. Perhaps next time we should check the condition of the upgraded room first before say yes.

We really enjoyed to stay here. All the staffs very politely , friendly and helpful. This hotel also complementary with drinks, snack and welcome satay. This surely makes us happy and get a big surprise. Thanks to the management and staffs to provide us a good service. Surely will come back and recommend friends and family stay here.

Come with Malaysian buffet breakfast, but add in another RM 6/person, you can have free flow of dim sum! Staff are friendly, polite and helpful...including the pak cik who takes care of parking. He greets you with a smile, and always helpful. Definitely will stay here again if I (we) go to Ipoh.

Clean hotel and good breakfast”
Fast check in.. friendly staff.. rooms is clean.. but toilet seems too small for me. Breakfast is good and yummy. I really enjoyed the nasi lemak and steam glutinous rice.
