El hotel está muy bien ubicado Pero no me hicieron la limpieza cada día Con la excusa de la pandemia … sin embargo a otra amiga que iba conmigo si le hicieron tres dias la limpieza y el parking es muy caro

Perfect location and amazing staff”
Staff was incredibly friendly. We tried our luck checking in early, and as luck would have it, they were not at their normal high volume so we were able to check in a few hours early. Not only that, they upgraded our room for free. We had a pretty great view of uptown Houston. It was located only minutes away from the Houston Improv Theater (which we were there for). It was also only minutes from all other places/activities we chose to do. It was my first time staying in this hotel, and it far exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again, even without that free upgrade.

Big family travel ”
Loved the hotel, the location. I also loved the fact the hotel is pet friendly! The front desk personnel is amazing! I bugged him several times regarding my bill, he did not answer me rudely. He was nice! I wish I would have gotten his name to I can tell his manager what an amazing employee he has! Overall a wonderful stay! The only thing I have to say is breakfast is a little pricey.

Love this Hotel”
I came with my 13 y/o daughter and our stay was great. The room was clean and so nice. The view was amazing. The staff are so sweet. Parking is safe. The next time I come to Houston I won’t even think twice about staying somewhere different. Thank you so much for making our birthday special it meant everything to us.

This is my wife's favorite Hotel in Houston she likes it because the beds are comfortable the staff is very nice we always feel comfortable when we go there

Used all the facilities. Good gym. Decent pool if not busy, small. Good coffee shop and also a bar with menu items that are priced reasonably. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, very good, recommend.

The facilities are very nice. Clean rooms. Only problem was that I had very noisy guests adjacent to my room. They were awake and partying until 3 am when I finally called the front desk to complain

No valet and no one to help with luggage ”
Be prepared to self park your own car, take care of all your luggage. I understand the rooms only being cleaned after you leave because Covid . I understand WHY no valet or anyone to help you because of Covid. But DONT advertise on your website that these are services offered! I really don’t know what people with disabilities would do. The hotel is very nice however. Everything else was good.

A nice hotel that needs some attention in a hurry”
The cleanliness can get some improvement. The corners around the rooms were dirty and the carpet had stains. The bathroom was leaking water on the counter and around the bathtub. Nice decor in the rooms nice comfortable bed. The staff very friendly and professional. The location was great. Breakfast was decent but not for $25

Hotel lobby beautiful but rooms dirty, headboards peeling and fake leather on pillows and bathrooms not cleaned sufficiently, grease and some unknown liquid on on walls. No movies that can be rented as on advertised internet. No program guide for tv-never knew wants on the TV. Staff caused Major upset to my caretaker during the day off my surgery because they were forcing her to pack up my belongings that i paid an extra night to get set up before surgery to move rooms. Staff were very good except for the member who started the room change.

Hotel is in need of deep shakedown. Beat up furniture in the lounge carpets throughout the hotel including the room need a deep shampoo/change shower tub needs updating. Wouldn't recommend nor will stay again.

Location”
This hotel is very nice and the location cannot be beat! We were in Houston for the Taylor Swift concert and we got to enjoy the Galleria area and it was very convenient to get to the NRG stadium. Would highly recommend!

The night porter handled my visit eloquent and efficiently. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Once I was checked in, she was able to submit my refund to the GM for review on paper and via email. Thank you so much for taking care of my stay even with the late hour (almost 2AM!).
