          totally disappointing
          The hotel is not friendly if you have booked via agoda. although i had spoken to the staff before booking and mentioned that I needed a non smoking room, once the room was booked via agoda, they said they cannot confirm availability of non smoking room! However the staff at the reception were much more helpful than the reservation staff. I had asked the hotel before hand if i would get a bill when checking out and was told that i would get the same. Later after check out and getting a bill, i noticed the rate mentioned on the bill was different from what was paid online. on calling the hotel, to mention this, i was asked how did you get the bill, this was not to be given in the very first place!!!! Have no idea what is happening. Never would want to stay here again.

          Overall ok
          This was my second time staying, the room for first time was with a better bed and newer & much cleaner room. This second stay was at a slightly older room, middle of the bed is sunken in. However I slept well through the nights in Royal Tulip. And I like the breakfast, simple and just nice. Overall is good.

          Great HOTEL, STAFF POOR, RESTAURANT EXTREMELY POOR
          Whilst the physical hotel is great and reception staff good, rest staff VERY POOR. Car arrives no-one tells you and they don't let the driver come to fetch you; restaurant TERRIBLE, BREAKFAST IS A JOKE, NO INTERNET despite chasing daily - I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND A BUSINESS TRAVELLER STAY - hotel next door was great

          TERRIBLE SERVICE, FOOD 1 STAR AT BEST
          AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Hotel great, rooms superb and reception and General Manager exactly as you'd want - then the real S&*^% starts - INTERNET - if your a business traveller forget it - worst i've ever had in over 300 trips in India uptime around 2 min at best before it disappears. Breakfast - so bad we took to eating off a road side vendor!!! Staff in restaurant - terrible completely ignore you, never ask about tea/coffee - just a real bad experience and to top it all when car for collection arrived, they left us waiting for an hour and didn't notify us and told car driver wait outside!!! FIRST & 100% THE LAST TIME>
