La estancia en el hotel ha sido excelente, nada que objetar, instalaciones, limpieza, tranquilidad, ubicación junto al mar,servicio de restaurantes,servicio de guías,atención, alguiler de bicicletas gratuito.., La isla aún sin masificar por el turismo. La red de carreteras está sin desarrollar, pero a pesar de la incomodidad, compensa el poder moverte por zonas aún sin explotar turísticamente.

Es un hotel perfecto para descansar los ultimos dias del viaje,tienes todo tipo de comodidades ,puedes hacer deporte ,bañarte en la piscina o en la playa ,acertamos cojiendo estehotel era lo que queriamos para nuestros ultimos dias de vacacaciones.

Fue todo perfecto, el mejor de todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado en estos, por el momento 20 días que llevamos en Vietnam. El ambiente, la limpieza, la cordialidad, la ubicación, el acceso gratuito a las bicicletas, etc, etc, etc. Incluso nada más llegar y despues de venir a recogernos al aeropuerto, nos esperaban con una habitación superior por cortesía del propio hotel. Todo muuuuuy bien.

Uno de los mejores Resorts donde he estado, especialmente por su emplazamiento en la isla de Phu Quoc, por el trato exquisito del servicio y la modernidad y cura de las instalaciones. Cabe destacar los restaurantes y bares que dispone.

M eparecio carisimo para lo que es. En la playa casi no hay espacio y todo es una horterada. El personal apenas habla ingles con lo cual no puedes entenderte ya todo te dicen que si. El desayuno muy flojo para ser un resort. las bicis que te dejan funcionan fatal

En general nos pareció un hotel muy bien ubicado,con playa perfecta para bañarse, con un desayuno de calidad y muy cercano al mercado nocturno y varios restaurantes en ambas direcciones de la carretera. El único pero del hotel es que la habitación esta al lado de lo que parece un calentador exterior enorme para el edificio que hace muuuuucho ruido día y noche.

6 nights in Phu Quoc”

The hotel is in an amazing position on the beach and a 10min walk to the night markets.The staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to check in early.The rooms look like they have been updated and were spotless.Breakfast had a decent selection and there were many cafe's in au walking distance.

Very close to the beach”

Beach front Villa was really nice and close to the beach. The facilities are great, towels are provided near the beach and swimming pool. Life guards are visible both at the beach and the swimming pool. Great layout with villas not too close to each other, providing some privacy. Beautiful beach.

Very nice beach front resort!”

Everything is awesome! I will surely be back to this resort. Beach front villa is highly recommended because it is just 10 steps away from the beautiful and clean beach. My kids could see colorful little fish swimming around just with normal swimming glasses. My kids love the pool and the beach so much! They just want to be there the whole day. However, if you are travelling with young kids during the beginning of rainy season, remember to bring anti-mosquito spray because there are a lot of mosquitoes in Phu Quoc.

Great Location, Helpful staffs, Offers great Day-tour package”

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa, it may looks slightly old but everything inside is clean. Amenities are complete. Check-in process was quick but probably due to too many guests checking in at the same time, hence a the counter was a little out of control which lead to longer waiting time. I would like to suggest their Day-Tour package, they offer very reasonable price and you can plan your own itinerary, despite their drivers don't speak English, its kinda difficult for us to communicate, but overall is great! Breakfast Buffet is not so good due to limited variety but acceptable. Would recommend this hotel to my friends & relatives, or perhaps will choose this hotel again for my next visit!

Value for money”

Awesome location, walkable to night market, restaurant, cafe, convenience shop and many others. Beach also very near to the hotel. The seafood bbq buffet dinner is awesome too! The hotel room did provide mosquito repellent to the guest. Overall, is a satisfactory stay, recommend to others!

Great Location Friendly Staff”

This resort has a great location and friendly staff. I do feel that the beach staff should use a small boat to collect / scoop rubbish / plastic bags from the water on this beach. Pollutions on the beach not only in this resort but the whole beach front is disgusting.

Outside hotel looks old but inside room(beachfront room) is not old. Very nice view and atmosphere. Breakfast is great. Free small red wine bottle in room. Location is super great for go to night market and restaurant.

Booked 3 garden view rooms for our whole family which was the lowest price. We went mid week on the ferry and arrived and checked in 3 hours early. I was expecting to be told to wait till 2pm to check in. But NO, we got a beach front room with ocean view right away and then the other 2 rooms within the hour. All were ocean views which we were surprise to get. Don’t know why and didn’t ask. It was a great upgrade. Cost nothing extra. Staff were all great. My family would 100% come back and stay here.

Sunsets and shade”

Pros: beautiful beach, lovely villas, attentive staff, nice pool, excellent location near stores and food, best hotel free wifi I have seen ever, even on the beach, and excellent breakfast buffet. The bad, trash on the beach, lots of it. There are businesses and port facilities down the beach and they throw their trash into the sea which washes up on the beach. Staff worked hard keeping it clean. Also, the villa hottubs were pretty rank and filthy. Hotel restaurant prices were high for such small portions but the food was good. Western food really isnt. Pizza left much to be desired; no sauce??? Still. We loved this place and the good far outweighs the few minor problems. Bring VND as the Hotel exchange rate is attrocious and USD prices are far higher than VND prices. I definitely recommend staying here. I would again without hesitation.

This hotel saved my vacation! I originally booked the wrong dates but the hotel staff were so incredibly accommodating and helpful and were able to sort it all out for me. The beach and pool were both excellent and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Phu Quoc!
