Pasamos una estancia perfecta. Las chicas del hotel encantadoras. Nada más llegar nos atendieron rapidamente y nos ofrecieron una habitación superior. La habitación muy amplia, con vistas al mar. La playa está a un paso. Parking gratuito.

Ditch the city & chill”

Great location and facilities on the beach. About 20 minutes from Malaga. Nice spot to chill if you want to take a break from sightseeing and ditch the city.

Good stay with full amenities. There is a bus stop at the hotel entrance. Can also pay a visit to plaza mayor if you want to go for shopping.

Clean room with sea view but poor food uality”

It costs euro 15 to grab a taxi to airport which is fine by me as hotels around Malaga airport do not provide shuttle service. The room was clean and had a great sea view, that was great to relax! The only downside is that the hotel could improve its dinner buffet (euro 18) as the food is low quality if one is familiar with Spanish cuisine! The chiringuito as in beach restaurant right by the beach serves more authentic and affordable prices of Spanish food, at least I found a place to dine during my stay as there isn't any other restaurants in that nice residential neighborhood.

This hotel is miles from anywhere. There are no restaurants or any other food outlets except for beach bars close by. A taxis fare into town is E15 each way. You can't walk anywhere and nothing is see in area. You are Isolated from the rest a Malaga. We notified the staff at the front desk that our shower was broken at the time of our arrival and nothing happened after several request to repair.

Hotel comfortable, staff awful”

Hotel rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Hotel is characterless building but located on the beach with lovely views out to sea. The reception staff and manager were at best completely inefficient and unprofessional. We needed to contact the hotel prior to our arrival and were told no manager was available but they would ring us back within 24 hours, this never happened on 3 occasions, when my wife politely informed them of this after the third occasion the receptionist was rude to her and then hung up. Emails were also ignored and we had to speak to Agoda, who I must say were excellent and sorted our request within minutes.

Nice hotel, marble floors nice staff”

We liked that the hotel had bus inlines right in front. This is a good thing because a taxi cost a min 20 euro fee. The hotel resturants are very expensive so we walked to diner every night, or took the bus to Plaza mayor and than the train to Torremelinos. There is nothing to do off season around the hotle and the pool was not heated, and the indoor pool was being painted.

I must have driven past a million times without realising that this tourist complex was there! Fairly basic rooms with squeaky beds but clean and adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was a bun feast but it was a Spanish national holiday and so the local tourists were there in bulk. Wifi advertised as being available in the rooms but after I had paid and not managed to connect reception told me that the only sure connection was in the lobby so I spent a few hours there catching up on emails.

Good beach location”

good location but not easy to find from airport without a satnav. Refurbishment taking place in foyer was noisy and dusty but work stopped in late afternoon. Friendly staff organised a sandwich for us and bar staff were helpful in the evening. Nice beach views. Lovely pool - big enough for a good swim.

room was good, but for a 4* i would of expected tea and coffee facility in room. there is a bus you can catch round the corner from malaga train station to just outside hotel and runs every 20 minutes. there were a couple of resturants on the beach which serv ed good fodd and a small supermarket a few minutes from hotel.
