Everything we needed - will definitely be back”
Great location within a short downhill walk to Salamanca Place and an easy downhill walk to Sandy Bay shops and cafes. Lift access to upper floors. We were in a Deluxe Double room on level 1 and it was clean and comfy and a decent size with plenty of natural light and a balcony with a view over the city. Shower was roomy with good strong water pressure. Bed was really comfortable and warm. Kitchenette had everything we needed to make simple meals. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again for our next visits to Hobart.

Great value for money and fantastic location”
Immaculately clean. Walking distance to Salamanca place, the marina and good restaurants. Room was lovely & quiet. Beds comfortable. Staff helpful with directions, maps, advice on where to eat etc. Had a small kitchen in the room so we were able to make our own breakfasts etc. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there and I would definitely stay there again.

St Ives Apartments - 2 Bedroom Apt”
2 bedroom apartment, clean & tidy, Friendly staff, just out of Hobart CBD but close enough to walk 15 minutes and be in the middle of town. Plenty of places to eat & supermarkets also close by. Just note, the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was a two level apartment with stairs which may be difficult for older people or dangerous with your children so just keep this in mind. Other than that, great place to stay.

Wonderful stay at a well located apartment”
The apartment is well located at Battery Point, which is a suburb with nice restaurants/bakery nearby. It is also within walking distance to the Salamanca Market, Hobart CBD and wharf area. This makes it convenient to visit attractions at the CBD area without the need for a car. The apartment studio was spacious and the service provided was also excellent. On one of the days that was raining, the reception staff was kind to let us borrow an umbrella. Highly recommend this place for anyone to stay!

Nice spacious apartment”
This property is within 10 to 15 mins walk to the main shopping strip and Salamanca market. Beside the property, there is a liquor store (yay!) and down the road, there is a nice cafe called Devil's Kitchen, I think. Awesome burgers! The neighbourhood itself is quiet and quaint. I enjoyed looking at nice little houses while walking down to Salamanca market. WIll stay again. Receptionist and staff are all so friendly and helpful. Love it! Free parking too! Good proper kitchen in my apartment.

Perfect location, great room and very clean”
The St. Ives exceeded our expectations. Very clean, good kitchen facilities and the location is excellent. Very close the restaurants and the Saturday Market in Hobart. Went up to Mt Wellington, a must on any visit to Hobart.

Centrally located and within walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. Viv was very friendly and so kind during our stay. The self contained apartment was very spacious, clean and great value for money. Would definitely recommend to others and no doubt would choose to stay here again whilst in Hobart.

St Ives has everything you need, it’s very comfortable, centrally located, showers are great with fantastic water pressure and the room is serviced daily. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend St Ives. Laundry with complimentary powder. Staff are great. The added bonus, there’s a bottle shop right next door.

Very clean and tidy. The bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows. In fact I had the best sleep of our whole trip here! Very friendly staff and a short walk to lots of cafes and bars. Would definitely return.

Comfy beds and pillows, extra clean space. Well stocked kitchen area. Some noise between rooms but no more than anywhere else! Lovely, helpful staff. Walking distance to nice cafes and shops around Battery Point , art market and Mona Ferry.

Excellent location”
A great location in inner Hobart within walking distance to Salamanca and the markets as well as Sandy Bay. Very neat and tidy rooms with a small kitchen in the two bedroom one bathroom apartments. Wifi is complimentary and works well. There is a guest laundry in yep the ground floor. $4 for washing machine (washing powder is supplied complimentary) and $4 for the dryer. Both take 2 x $2 coins.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location Is very convenient. Price point very good. The room at self very clean grateful for the on-site parking and bottle store convenience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Lovely clean apartment that was well equipped. We could walk to Salamanca Markets and the harbour. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend this accommodation to travellers.

The location is very central and within walking distance to Salamanca Square where has lots of restaurants. The room is spacious and spotless clean. Everything is excellent except the plumbing noice can be very annoying especially during sleeping time.

What a great apartment spacious and clean. Great access to washing machine and dryer with complimentary soup as a bonus. Breakie option is cheap and makes a easy quick start to the day.

Comfy bed, quiet rooms made for a good sleep. Large, good shower made for a great day. Continental breakfast also very reasonably priced. Good location with plenty of parking.

Close to Hobart CBD, the waterfront and Salamanca place. Located in the historic and beautiful Battery Point. The unit was large, well appointed, clean, with total privacy at street level.
