comfortable stay
I stayed at the hotel for 1 week and was very comfortable the entire time. It is very good value for money and the rooms are clean, well kept, modern and cosy. The staff are all helpful and pleasant. Just a short walking distance from the Osho ashram. The only downside that I could see is the lack of an indoor fitness facility. The equipment is outside and it is far to hot and noisy for one to possibly feel comfortable exercising outside.

Hotel stay - totally terrible
Total disaster, dirty bed sheets mould on walls, mould in bathroom dirty carpets towels worn and discoloured I spent less than 9 hours in this place and couldn't get out soon enough must be better options available

Service in the restaurant, shower pressure, use of restaurant sitting space for meetings
Well below standard for a European traveller used to 4-star cleanliness and order. I didn't expect 5 star service or facilities but absolutely did expect 'clean'. Filthy phones and light switches which is always a good measure of the rest. When I threatened to find another hotel I was then moved to the 7th floor but not before I had a chance to inspect and reject a room. Housekeeping then did a 'serious' cleanup of 3rd room but still had to show the housekeeping man and the duty manager how to clean the telephone! Still toilet not flushing. Exhausting but because of my schedule I didn't have the luxury of moving hotels so decided to take a different approach when the plug in the sink got stuck and rendered the basin unusable. I wrote a check list of fixing requirements (glass shelf falling off wallI, basin plug stuck, light in wardrobe not working, shower didn't drain and more). I tolerated the banging on the room as I was out of the room mostly during the day but freaked out when yet another night of much needed sleep was disrupted for hours by chairs dragging above my room at 1:30am. A major frustration was that complaints weren't taken that seriously. Most staff unfortunately cannot speak English very well and clearly are not trained to a high standard. Wi-fi really slow or constantly kicking one off. A real pity as the hotel has potential. Clearly a case of profit over comfort for guests. Would not consider this hotel again.

Terrible; please avoid at all costs
the food was okay
Our stay at St Laurn was terrible. As we were checking in, the staff was rude to other customers; we had to wait for a long time before we could get our room. The water heater didn't work properly that first day; the wifi was weak and limited to two devices per room for our entire stay. There was a giant leak outside our bathroom, that led to large puddles on the floor. My sister and I slipped several times. When we notified the staff of the leak and that my sister had fallen and hit her head, the staff stared at us blankly and didn't even offer an apology. Lastly, the room is dark and dreary. Incidentally, our mother also had a booking to stay at St. Laurn's a few days before us, but ended up needing to have the booking moved because she had to stay at the hospital longer than planned. Despite previous assurances that a medical certificate would suffice for the rebooking, St. Laurn's refused to allow us to move the dates and the staff handling the matter was incredibly rude about the entire issue.

My Stay at St. Laurn
Fast Check-in, helpful staff, easy to reach
The stay was over all pleasant. But we were not quite happy with the room. We had a number of issues with the lights near the door way and in the cupboard that needed fixing. The details mentioned that there would be a fruit basket on our arrival day which was not there. When inquired why it was not there, we were told that it does not come with the offer we took. No were in Agoda booking did it mention that the offer was any lower than any of the normal bookings. This was a first time for us since we have stayed at many other hotels before. The sink water was not draining out in the bathroom and hence we had to call the for it to be repaired. We were on the 4th floor, one of the windows could not be locked, and since we had a 6 year daughter, we found it dangerous. We asked to reception to have it locked as soon as possible, which they did. But i felt that all these issues should have been identified before giving us the room and not by the guest. The hotel should have been responsible for taking care of their rooms before guests check in. Overall, the stay was fine.
