Badly managed, not a proper resort as you can't put any extras, food, drinks etc on your room. Then given numerous reasons why, policy change, new owners of the outside bar. Just very poorly managed

Wonderful stay! ”

We spent three nights here on business, and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of the resort is close to city’s center. As for the room, it’s excellent and surprisingly comfortable with beautiful sunset view from the patio. I would highly recommend this resort

At town centre. View from balcony is great. There’s a bar by the beach to watch sunset and enjoy the view. Very good breakfast. Had a minor water issue in our restroom, but nothing else worth of note.

Not make clear the airport pickup is shuttle bus following the schedule that make customer think hotel arrange the private pick up at airport. They should make clear that they just pick up following the time table

The hotel very new and need training to run the hotel , location on the beach, water for the pool very cold and the breakfast its OK , very clean hotel and close with local restaurants Room its big and the bed very nice . everything its a good just need time to run the hotel for international costumer

A new gem in the center of Phu Quoc island ”

Amazing experience with dedicated customer care and above all the view from my room, outstanding sunset view. The resort is located right in the center of the island with private beach zone, where I could easily explore the local food and top destinations. The buffet was great with the best noodle soup and yummy local choices so I decided to dine, it was my best decision. Good steak with local pepper, 2 glass of cocktails, and the magical sunset view were the things I expected for this trip. Above all, I still could see this resort is still upgrading and would be better for my next visit. Thanks for all,

Excepcional”

We had a great stay at Sunset Beach Resort. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had the most amazing time! The rooms were nice and big, very new, and the views over the ocean from the balcony were stunning. A must is watching the sunset from the rim flow pool on the second floor! Breakfast was different every day, which was a nice change from other resorts we had stayed at, and they had a huge variety of choices and good quality food. I will definitely be returning the next time we are in Phu Quoc! Thanks guys!

It is a new hotel and it is far from finished. Many small problems occur. Better wait another year so they can arrannge their problems. The breakfast is not to Western standards. I am really disappointed. I believe it will be fine after they come through their problems

Notable”

The location is good. There are lots of restaurants around and the beach is near. Most of hotel staffs can speak fluent English . One big problem is the air conditioner was compulsively being turned off after every 3 hours due to the setting of the power saving policy which we can’t reset for our needs. This trouble us a lot. The wifi is stable, breakfast is fine.

we reservered this trip one week ago, so we couldn't make a plan. but employers are so kind and they help us to make a plan, like a tour. especially Vian and Justin help us so much. all of employers can speak english verry well. And also room is so clean. if one of my firend have a chance to go Phuquoc for trip, i will recomend this hotel.

Optimaler Aufenthalt in einem neuen modernen Hotel”

Das Hotel liegt direkt am hoteleigenen Beach, die Zimmer sind modern, ausreichend großzügig und das Bad ist ein Hammer. Die Einrichtungen sind top, was allerdings noch auszubauen wäre, ist das Frühstück. Hier könnte man mehr europäisch anbieten. Wir waren auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und das Personal ist super freundlich und nett. Einziges Manko: Die Musik in der Strandbar ist vielleicht etwas zu laut und zu lange wird gespielt...

Das Hotel wurde erst vor 1 Monat eröffnet und die Bauarbeiten für das letzte Gebäude sind noch im Gange. Lage Hotel: Direkt am Strand mit eigener Beachbar / Massagene etc. / Die Hauptstrasse mit diversen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreibach (Aber am besten einen Scooter direkt beim Hotel Mieten) Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind gross und modern eingerichtet. Fast jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse, worauf den Sonnenuntergang zu Zweit geniessen kann. (Wir hat ein Zimmer im 8.Stock mit Traumhafter Aussicht) - Einzig negativ war das Wifi, haben wir aber bereits dem Hotel mitgeteilt, und sie werden dies Angriff nehmen. Frühstück: Grosse Auswahl mit eigener Koch, der frische Rühr- und Spiegeleier, oder einen Omelette zubereitet. Es gibt eine grosse Terrasse, wo man mit dem Blick zum Meer das Frühstück geniessen kann. (wenn man zu spät geht, ist es einbisschen zu heiss) Personal: Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.
