    TOO CLOSE TO THE ROADS”

    This is my first hotel which had such a high noise level that I did not get a good nights sleep. The traffic noise goes down from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and then it picks up again. The man who handled my complain about my wifi connection didn't do much to ensure I had wifi.

    Worst service for suite room ”

    Couple weeks before, I had booked for the non smoking One Bed Room SUITE Swiss Bellhotel Pondok Indah Jakarta Indonesia for my client from AGODA. while check in they have to wait from 2:20PM to 3:22PM for the room key. I had booked couples weeks befor for the specific room One Bed Room Suite -Non Smoking. The customer had arrived 9:22 AM for bagage drop then go to the shopping center and come back to the hotel 2:20 PM The Hotel did not prepare for the suite room so the customer have to wait until 3:22PM for the room. The swimming pool very dirty, with leaf and the water visibility very bad. That what my clients hard complain to me regarding the worst service quality of the hotel they ever stay. I had complained to the Manager on Duty, Dewi Utami as Director Sales & Marketing and her staff Yuliana as Guest Service Agent wrote in chronology then Dewi Utari send by email.send to me that my client suddenly came for the specific room in 2:20 PM. Actually my booking had check for big bed and non smoking room for the suite. I make a big mistake to book a suite room in this Hotel and I will NEVER book room in Swis Bellhotel anymore all arround the world. Very disapointed with the sercive.

    4 star hotel at Good Location in Pondok Indah”

    This is one of the best hotel i ever stay, the staffs are friendly. The location is strategic in front of public transportation, we can used that public transportation to go to the nearest mall here. At overall i'm very satisfied with the hotel quality.

    This is the WORST HOTEL I’ve stayed in my entire life. Service is very bad. Check in time is very late (+2 hours from 2PM) only give 1 key for 2 person room. Ask the hotel to send our luggage to the room and it took VERY LONG. Only after we complain they send our luggage. One of the worst is they change rooms worst than what ive paid (ordered suite than change to family room) without asking permission or give us information. It is very rude and not service oriented. They also mixed up the rooms not as our request although repeatedly we have told the manager and give copy of our notes. THEY STILL MIXED THE ROOMS. Very bad experience, bad service, bad hospitality. Wont recommend this to anyone else. Specially they are NOT HONEST AND GIVE DIFFERENT ROOMS WORST THAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR

    Despite having no disturb sign lit by the entrance door of my suite staff still went inside which offcourse it totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed with this and first time this happens in 30+ years of international travel.

    Some of the facilities need maintainance”

    Nice hotel , staff were friendly- but neet attention to detail first my booking was no smoking and i got a smoking room. The hot water doesnt work well its eaither to hot or cold i cant get warm water. Other than that i like the place a lot, breakfast aas nice etc

    Great Room”

    Large room, with walking closet & bathroom separated by wall from bedroom. Very nice & comfortable room. Pity, there's construction development nearby, bit noise, and also traffic because of this. Lot of foods & bars nearby..

    Short Holiday in Pondok Indah”

    This hotel was previously an apartment which recently converted into a hotel. To our pleasant surprise, my room was upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room facing the pool on level 3. There was a little balcony to the room but you can not open the doors due to safety precaution. The room was clean, neat and spacious. It had a working table and a large 32 inch LCD TV. Bathroom area was quite large but the it gets a little wet after you take a shower, especially if you have young children. The breakfast variety was good and you get Japanese, local Indonesian, American standard dishes. The breakfast restaurant was facing the swimming pool which adds to the nice holiday ambience in the middle of a busy area. Parking can be a little problem when you get a full house because they dont have enough space, so if you are driving and need a parking space, check-in early. The staffs were nice and helpful through-out my stay, a good service standard across the board. My only disappointment was the fruit during breakfast was not all fresh, a few of my watermelon cuts were sour.

    Great hotel in a best location”

    A quite good hotel with international standards. Inside of the hotel is better than the reception area. Clean with nice big room. The only thing to improve is the spa. The spa it self was nice but it is very complicated to get an appointment. With your room card you are not able to reach spa floor and it makes more complex to reach them. The spa area is also not the best. It is only an appartement room with some more flowers.

    1-We arraived At 5pm and Wait more than 30min to find your booking. 2- I booked two bed rooms apartment include breakfast for four adults, but the guy in reception his name was Mirza informed me that breakfast only for two even my booking two rooms for four adults including breakfast!!! Actually he was tough and told me please if you Don't like our conditions please call Agoda, I tried to showed him Hotel's conditions in Agoda, but with out worth. For me it was bad experience At all

    Overall a Good Hotel”

    Arrived very late (horrendous line at immigration) and the room I had booked was no longer available as non-smoking. They upgraded me to next level room so this was fine. Room was clean, comfortable bed, room service prompt, and very good breakfast. Hallway noise disturbed me a couple times, and you need to take a taxi to go shopping or out for dinner.
