Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location. The facilities are kind of OK. Near to good restaurants and Rolla which is a gold hub. Staff are good. May need a bit more polishing in handling clients. Very good value for money. All accessories in the room and bath were perfectly working. No complaints. Bath products were good. Cons: Suites might need a makeover. My standard room was better than the suite (I stayed in both of them). No power points at all. You will have to remove the TV plug or Light plug if you need to even recharge your mobile or laptop. Staff refused to give me a power extension box. Tips: You might have to tell the taxi drivers to drop you at Hotel Rotana as many of them do not recognize the new name after acquisition

Bad Attitude from Supervisor
A very disappointed and very bad attitude and way of dealing from supervisor. I have booked through agoda website in which the room is specified as classic room and indicated very clearly one king bed and one double bed. But when I reached hotel they informed me that they have standard room with king bed only and supervisor told they don't have other solution. I informed them I will call the police and they told no issue. I called the police on phone and then they provide me only single mobile bed extra. Really no consideration of family with young kids and very bad and rode way of talking and dealing without respect or basic customer relationship as I am begging.

Every thing was great, but while im checking in I told to whom there i want a clean room in each courner , but he said to me all our rooms are clean :), the room it self was perfect but the toilet is not that clean i found hairs almost everywhere, and refrigerator was full of smell like meat and chicken, I guess they really should clean it before i come.
