No funciona wifi, y cuando lo hace es solo en recepción. En las habitaciones nada. La ropa de cama y toallas huelen mal, así como la habitación. No dejan agua fría para los clientes en la habitación. Lo peor del hotel, el Restaurante, y sobre todo el trato recibido en él: Día 1. Nos colaron un plato de más, diciendo que lo que habíamos pedido era muy seco. No dijimos nada, x ser el primer día. Día 2. Nos dieron 500 rupias de menos en la devolución del cambio. Día 3. Pedimos fos cosas de la carta (no muy variada, x cierto) y no tienen. Nos quisieron cobrar de mas en unos simples cacahuetes y dos cocacolas. Día 4. Pagamos la comida con billete curso legal y no lo aceptan xq tiene una mancha de tinta. Aceptamos por ser norma del hotel, damos otro y nos traen dos veces el cambio con billetes manchados de tinta. Obviamente se están riendo en nuestra cara. Fuimos para descansar del estrés del norte de India y resultó nefasto. No lo recomendaría bajo ningún concepto.

Perfecto para desconectar”
El hotel tiene mucho encanto y nos resultó perfecto para desconectar del estrés de la India continental. Creemos que era el encargado o el director del establecimiento quien colmó nuestra estancia de detalles. Su localización es perfecta: a un paso de la playa y cerca del centro del pueblo para disfrutar de comida local.

Sin wifi y nula hospitalidad ”
Fui con una amiga. La habitación. Estaba bien, tenía aire, ventilador, tv y café con leche. No funcionaba el wifi, no teníamos heladera chiquita, la limpieza era precaria, no te dan toallas para las manos o cara, ni agua embotellada fresca. Teníamos incluidos el desayuno y la cena, los bufetes tenían variedad pero era orientado a pasajeros local (muy picante la comida) y la playa que tiene privada se puede disfrutar solo a la mañana xq a la tarde el mar se retira y quedan charcos de arcilla nada más (fuimos en marzo). Los empleados tienen poca predisposición para atender y mal manejo de inglés. A favor, el lugar es lindo y comparado con otros hoteles era lo mejorcito.

Personal no está a la altura del hotel”
La estancia fue buena. El hotel es muy lindo y comodo, tanto por su ubicación como por las facilidades del hotel. La comida del restaurante es abundante y muy rica. Lamentablemente el personal de recepción del hotel NO está a la altura, con personal (sobre todo la mujer responsable) muy poco cordial, poco profesional y resolutivo. Habituales cortes de luz y casi inexistente señal de wifi, pero eso sucede en toda la isla.

Book without giving a second thought”
The resort is magnificently beautiful , with all facilities and humble staff. I have travelled so much in life but hardly found a place like this anywhere. The location is perfect and a very large property with more than 100 rooms all categories inclusive. The resort is on both sides of main road of havelock, govind nagar beach. If you want to book for beach side than go for lagoon categories and even if you don't get it there should not be any worries as other cottages are eqaully beautiful with garden view... You may visit beach any time which is only like 60-70 steps from there.. they can also arrange candle night dinners for you on beach. There is a huge party space on beach with facilities and reclining chairs available. If going havelock don't miss this one...food was very tasty.. I upgraded my stay with the generous staff help. Manager is also very helpful and caring for guests. Very green property.

Fantastic Place”
The resort has some absolutely fantastic ambience. One of the best resorts available in Havelock Island. The restaurant and the venom bar is absolutely amazing. The food outside is quite costly. But the restaurant in Symphony Resort provides you a tasty food and worth the money. Overall it's worth the money and strongly recommend this place and it's a best place for couples. The beach is just within the resort. They have two sections of the resorts. The beach side cottages and normal cottages. The beach side cottages are very closer to beach but you don't get a sea view from room though. The normal cottages and Havelock Casa rooms are in the other side of the road doesn't make a difference in taking up the beach side and normal cottage I felt it's the same just the walking distance is bit more for the others. Overall the place is amazing in all aspects.

Great Place to Stay ”
We had travelled to Havelock for a Bachelorette and stayed at Symphony Palms for 4 days. The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We couldn't find better food in Havelock compared to the restaurant at Symphony Palms. They made us a quick cake which was really yum. 5 stars on location, cleanliness, food, customer service. The could work on the Breakfast spread. It could be made a little more interesting. And can have an in house Spa.

Awesome place to stay and really nice food”
Symphony palms is a must stay place in Havelock. The food in the restaurant was awesome. Anju coco resto a very famous and must visit restaurant for sea food is just a km away from here. Rooms are really nice. Good value for money. Staff is really helpful. You can easily get bikes on rent infront of the restaurant. They have scuba diving as well if you want to do. You can chill in the private beach they have all day and night without any disturbance. The experience here would pull me to them everytime I wish to plan a trip to the islands

Nice Food, Nice Location”
Very Good Location, Rooms were good. I have opted for Dinner along with Breakfast and both were awesome, I have never found such good food during my travel. Private brach is good, the only thing is that there is low tide during day time when I have visited (January end). So during day time, you will not found water near the beach area (As it has Stoney shore). Also, I don't have any idea about the different types of rooms available and their locations on the premises. SO I have opted for Havelock Casa room, which is at the far end of Premises (Farthest from the beach). Only Lagoon cottages are near the beach area. rest of all rooms are opposite side of the road

The ultimate resort in Havelock”
We miss Symphony palms, it was an Amazing stay. The food was awesome, staff was courteous but the most amazing was its location and its in-built surrounding. One can spend and entire day in the resort itself as it is nicely decorated with palm trees and has a huge garden, a bar(Venom, which is the most happening in Havelock), Buddha Garden restaurant. It has its own private beach with hammock, swings and chairs. In a budget price it is the best. Would definitely recommend everyone and we have already decided we are gonna stay in symphony palms in every visit.

Excellent Place”
We stayed in Symphony for over 3 nights and one of the best place for couple or group. Private beach is an add-on. Excellent staff, Service is good, Food quality and quantity is one best thing. The Restaurant manager was excellent and his hospitality cannot be compared to anyone. Would love to visit this place again and will do soon.

Everything about this resort is perfect. The staff, food, cottages, location, cleanliness, etc. In fact we met the owner who even upgraded our room free of cost. All in all, an experience to be cherished!

The rooms very amazing and beutiful. View from balcony was superb. beach was walking distance. Best thing was the food of the hotel, we had a dinner and breakfast both both were amazing fingure licking foods. literally of the best hotel in havelock, port blair.

Good place and awesome ambience”
The place was good, neat and clean. We enjoyed the stay. The beach is also good but we cannot enter it for playing or swimming. There is a hammock and Worden lounge chairs to lie down.

Superb service”
Symohony Palms is in the heart of Havelock town and is an amazing property. It's private beach is to die for. And the staff is very nice and courteous. They even upgraded us to one of the chalets as we were traveling with senior parents and they did not want to walk too much. I recommend this property to anyone craving a good time at Havelock!

Icing on the cake for a perfect Andaman Trip”
The location was perfect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was totally worth it. It's one of the best resort in Havelock.

Went with lesser expectations, but the manager of the property upgraded our room to beach house. The room was amazing! Fully wooden beach house with vintage style. We had a beautiful view of Govindnagar beach. Their complimentary breakfast was delicious. Hospitality was great. Room service quick. Had a great stay

Beach Side Delight!”
Stay at Symphony Palm beach was a dream delight with the beach, waves and cozy room. The food was very good with a wide variety of options. Mr. Pravin Bagdi was courteous and helpful and always with a smile! The ambience at night was nice with live music at bar. It was a great experience! Thanks for the memories!
