Nice hotel with great location and superb view but our luxury experience with this hotel was spoiled by a staff at the check out counter. She responded badly to our explanation on a missing pepsi in the mini bar. One bad apple could spoil the whole barrel, unfortunately.

This place is nice but we found it very noisy. It is on the main road and almost opposite a club so if it wasn’t music we could hear all night it was cars, buses and mopeds using their horn, or the person in the room above us rearranging their furniture. on the tile floor. Other than that it is bright and a good size for 2 adults and 2 children. The washing machine and drying area outside are very handy. The staff were a bit hit and miss. One lady whose name I think was Thanh was very helpful but everyone else I spoke to did not speak English. I don’t think these apartments are particularly well maintained either as the desk was falling off the wall and the fridge did not close properly. Also a couple of small but annoying things are the tiny cups, no tea towel and if you want a towel for the pool or the beach you have to pay for it. Overall this place has potential. It is walking distance to the beach, the shopping centre and lots of places to eat which is great but the downside to that is the constant noise. I feel this is a 3 Star place. If it fixed all the little issues like having to pay for towels and supplied tea towels and a mug or two etc I would definitely rate it 4 star. Oh and by the way there is no bottle opener or corkscrew!

Pleasant Stay”
I believe this hotel is in the best area in nha trang, as Sheraton/ Intercontinental are around. We are a group of 17, rooms are all very spacious and very cozy. The view from balcony is spectacular, the beach are very beautiful. We can even hear the tides when we sleep. But for the 3 room apartment, it can accomodate 6 person, it has only 2 bathroom, each bathroom has 2 sets of amenity, so only 4 of us have towels, and they do not provide extra towels but only exchange used towels to new towel. Other than that, there is a guest relation manager Moon who is really helpful, who helped us arranged tours and transportation. The location is good, it takes a short taxi ride to the city, all in all it is a very pleasant stay.

A nice hotel located strategically in Nha Trang with awesome view Rooms were reasonably clean and was more of a Residence rather than a hotel. Only minor issues as no phone within room and shower area had no holders. Besides that, its a definite recommendation for hotel of choice.

Overpriced and terrible facilities”
The place is badly designed. Bathroom has no space and there is no PowerPoints for the hair dryer. When asked for an extra blanket we were told that they had none left, but if we paid they would find one??? No room service menu and on request we were given a buffet menu for the restaurant next door. Very overpriced with very limited facilities. Only good thing about this place is the location. Highly disappointing.
