Excellent Location in the heart of city in city of Bengaluru where cutting the traffic is a big task. Front desk and all the staff were very co-operative and well trained to give you an experience of hospitality at its best. I really appreciate the culture here among staff members. Rooms were very well decorated and equipped for all the latest requirement of modern traveller. Shower fitting and bath room toiletries were up to mark. I personally find the lights in the room little less than required and the switches were little challenging to identify as it was all connected for automation. Complimentary breakfast was awesome and delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel to business traveler and even families. Thank you ELANZA for the comfortable stay. Regards Mayur Desai Mumbai

Super friendly and helpful staff”

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great too. Only thing I didn't like were the wooden furniture in the room, which feel slightly dated.

Great Hotel. ”

Staff are polite and friendly. Rooms although not huge are clean and rainfall shower heads are fantastic. Selection of food in the restaurant was very good. It’s a 10 minute walk to Garuda Mall. Will stay there again.

Great room, good location”

We loved this hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations in every way. The room was very clean and cosy. Breakfast options were good (both continental and local foods were available). Staff were helpful whenever we interacted with them. Definitely worth the money, and highly recommended.

Fantastic services and excellent hotel at very low price. Cleaningness and hygiene is top of the or order. Breakfast was good and dinner was excellent. Even the service during dinner and breakfast was better than any other buffet system that I have attended ever.

Excellent Value for Money”

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food and breakfast menu though, were a tad disappointing for me. I ordered room service twice, and the fish and chips were soggy, and the fried rice wasn't appetising. Other than the menu, the location is great; easily accessible and found by my Uber drivers.

Notable”

Rooms are really good. Clean and modern. The showers have strong pressure and so nice too (warm). Much better than the 5 start hotels I saw my friends were staying at. The breakfast and dinner buffets are ok, nothing to shout about but at least i got to taste decent indian cuisine. Reception could have been more receptive and friendly but i am not as emotional as other travellers so i didn't really care. Overall, really good experience with the hotel.

A very nice hotel in a good location”

Basically a very decent hotel with clean rooms and in a good location to move around in the evening. I stayed for 2 nights. Staff's to be well appreciated are Mr. Edwin form room service and Ms. Latha from the reception desk.

Acceptable”

After entering the room, intercom not working. After several call, service person comes in his own sweet time. Card is not working in lift and room also. We have to struggle Everytime. No cleaning of room taking place until you fill

Excellent location and good food. A small error and mix up with room requirements, but it was fixed quickly and efficiently. A small suggestion would be to have your front office staff speak better English. Having said that, they were still courteous and very friendly. Would recommend this hotel highly.

BREAKFAST FOOD VARIETY AND QUALITY OF TASTE HAS TO BE IMPROVED . THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A SUPERVISOR ON DUTY TO OVERSEE WHAT IS RUNNING LOW IN TERMS OF FOOD, CROCKERY AND CUTLERY IN THE RESTAURANT OR ON THE TABLE. DURING MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL I ALWAYS FIND ONLY TWO YOUNG BOYS MANAGING THE HOTEL RESTAURANT. HOPE TO SEE BETTER IMPROVEMENTS THE NEXT TIME I VISIT . OVERALL THE ROOM IS NEAT AND BEAUTIFUL.

Hotel was good in terms of cleanliness. Staff at the restaurant (not all, some were exceptionally great), could do with some kindness. Going a little out of the way like fetching a cup of tea even if its really self service buffet, could go a along way. Breakfast buffet could be improved. The driver (not sure if its a hotel staff or someone they hire) on and off tries to con you into taking really expensive rides which was totally unnecessary and unasked for. Gives an unsavory reputation to the hotel. Reception staff was commendable. Even if they could not provide what you asked for, they were courteous and apologetic. In terms of location and hotel cleanliness, and with few amendments, I would recommend the hotel.

Pleasant stay, excellent breakfast”

Twice I stayed here, once took deluxe and the other time premium suite. Beautiful rooms. Excellent breakfast. Polite, friendly and warm staffs, make you feel like home. The best hotel so far that I have stayed around this area, brigade and koramanggala.

well built central hotel”

A building constructed with wonderful marble and wood materials in the central part of Bangalore with in easy walk to many restaurants. The rooms are becoming a bit worn but very pleasant. Fabulous breakfasts. Mediocre dinner unless you enjoy heavy oily gravies. The credit card machine does not accept foreign cards. My foreign card worked everywhere else before and afterwards in Bangalore.

Thanks for hosting me the 2 nights. It was a pleasant surprise to find your rooms setup with such high standards. All your staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. I will recommend Elanza to all my friends and I'll be sure to stay at Elanza when I come back to Bangalore.

Exceptional ”

From check in to check out,it was truly exceptional. The room was huge,extremely clean and we felt very cozy,almost like at home. Never did we feel that we were in a hotel. The staff made us feel like family members,took care of us more than we desired,and the room itself makes u feel so calm peaceful and comfortable. Will always return here.
