En el ultimo año me hospede' 4 veces en el puri casablanca y cada vez las condiciones de limpieza y mentenimiento eran peores que las anteriores veces. Las cocinas y los baños de los apartamentos necesitan reformas urgentemente

Clean and Friendly”
The Apartment is welcoming, good and clean although it is an old building. The Interior is showing its age, but it is clean and nice. It's like coming to your parent's house. The facilities are great. The mini market is complete for its size and the jogging track/park is clean and well maintained. Btw, this review was not for my first trip here. Definitely worth a revisit.

Great Hotel with Paranormal activities ”
Hotel is great with good location walking distance to Kasablanca Mall. Swimming pool is great with young kids. Got several playgrounds. Got in house supermarket. Facility in rooms hotel also great. I stayed in room 30-01 for 7 nights. Encounter several Paranormal Activity. Nothing bad but good experience . Room Doors open and closes itself when not latch. Hear someone whispers to you. Can try position your camera phone in photo mode. It might help you snap a picture :-)

Always a pleasure to stay here”
This is the 3rd time we stay at Puri Casablanca, and it's always a pleasure. The ammentities are always first class, rooms are always cleaned early by dedicated housekeeping staff who do a first class job. Only criticisms I can make are that I always have to take inventory in the kitchen because ehilst the infrastructure items are slways there, littlethings like bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery nsy be missing, so then i must cross reference with inventory and request these items, this trip, it took 24hours to get bowls and desert plates, not really good enough. Also Requested as I always do to have the balcony unlocked. 5 days later and 2 requests, we checked out with balcony access still locked, so attention needs to be made to actioning requests. But as this is my preferred accomodation, I let it through to thr keeper.

Perfect Place”
The apartment unit is clean, neat and spacious. The rooms, beds, and bathroms are comfortable and also clean. The facilities like swimming pool and kids playground are also amazing ! But too bad, the staff were so busy and a bit handfull because of too many guesses arrived at the same time. Also when I ordered food from restaurant, it took more than two hours to finish and deliver the food to our room. But over all.. our time in Puri Casablance is pelasant and unforgettable.

Absolutely worth the price”
I booked for 1 bedroom but they said all 1 bedroom already full. So they upgraded my room into 2 bedroom (but they locked the 2nd room) which is realllyyyy huge. All set include refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils and dining set so it really feels like home. Definitely will be back next time.

Great location, reasonable price, large size apartments, wonderful facilities, and cheerful staff. Furniture quite old but still in good condition. I would stay in again whenever I visit Jakarta again.

Although it is not a new Apartment and it shows in a few parts of the building, but the property is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is also very good, very easy to get there.

A Nice Staycation”
the apartment indeed looks old, but everything was fine and the apartment also soo huge. AC works properly in every room. the kitchen also functional. Balcony was locked but i asked the reception to open it since i need to breathe a fresh air in the morning. but over all it was a very good experience
