El hotel por fuera parece muy lindo, pero a mí me pareció muy sucio la comida muy mala, los meseros fatales, no lo recomiendo para nada. Muy lejos además.

We stayed here for a night of luxury during our trip of Rajastan. We recieved a royal welcome, complete with leis, and champagne. We had a Regent suite, which was absolutely beautiful with every amenity know to man. Restuarant food was nice, breakfast was great. Staff friendly. The only negative was paying for wifi, you would think paying this price the hotel could provide it for free. highly recommend

Pristine and exquisite architecture.. The hotel GM Mr Chacko Memon was very courteous, always engaged with smile and so did the rest of the staff and heads. Though the service promptness mechanism could be improved. Food quality and spread did justice to the hospitality expected in Rajasthan.

The elevation and entrance were extremely pleasant but once you enter the rooms ( even a suite ) not upto the mark , I think it being an old place it shows everywhere ( including bathrooms etc )

The resort doesn't have good amenities, swimming pool was dirty, AC in rooms were bad.”
The welcome was nice and proper, but the amenities at the resort were not at all up to the mark. Swimming pool was dirty, Jacuzzi was dirty, the AC in the rooms Were pathetic. I was with my family and my grandma was along too, the staff Made my grandma walk as the wedding was happening over there and the way was blocked for there cart. The staff were least bothered to entertain us and they made our check out horrifying. Then the luggage arrived at the reception almost after half an hour and they had lost my grandma's wheelchair. After so much time they found it and we left from there. And the Duty Manager was least interested to even apologize to us. I would never suggest anybody to stay at Shiv Villas. Rather stay at Fairmont Or Le Meridien.

A very beautiful hotel ( palace) with a relax atmosphere ”
The hotel is located about 50 mins drive from the airport, 20 mins drive from Jaipur city and 10 mins to the amer fort. This was a palace and converted to a hotel but still keeping the atmosphere and decor of a palace, you feel like you are royalty. Although my room was small iam sure you can get larger room, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel for those who prefer a quiet atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of a busy hotel, very peaceful.

Great place for affordable luxury”
This place is awesome. It's built as palace and you will get that feel as soon as you enter it. From welcome to lobby to interiors to staff. It's lobby is huge and one of the attractions. At every place in hotel you will feel grand royal luxury. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took extra efforts to make us comfortable. On request we were allowed to drop luggage few days early and also allowed late check-out. Rooms also have one of the best interiors and clean. All staff provided personal attention and even provided exclusive tour of property. Food was also great and restaurant staff even prepared items not on menu on request. There was live ghazal performance at restaurant for dinner and live piano performance almost whole day in Lobby. It's a palace and gives you perfect feel of royalty.

The property is currently under construction Plywood boarding up hallway ends Various Faults in rooms to numerous to mention. Rooms do not match images on the website We did get an upgrade for one of our rooms But cut our stay short due to Indian wedding event outside our window. Lot’s of noise people in hallways making noise till 3 am
