Excellent property with friendly staffs ”

One of the best property in Goa. We enjoyed our stay with family. Right from check in to check out we had great experience. Breakfast was excellent with lot of options. Three in house restaurants serving different cuisines is added advantage. Beach is accessible from hotel and its very clean.

Peaceful location, good staff and good food !!!!”

Swimming pool is good but 1. They need to put a net over the water fall area where the birds shit and feathers are getting mixed with the swimming pool water . 2. Compulsory that infants and toddlers are wearing baby swimming diapers so that the water can be clean . 3. Proper swimming attire not worn . 4. Guest don't even wash up before entering the pool . Bathrooms 1. They were stinking due to the drain or the RO water system .Got the room changed and it was better .

Awesome Stay”

Awesome Stay. everything was perfect. They need to have some offers on buffet or something for people who book in advance. I booked in Feb for the stay in May, though they have some offers for booking in May, but I could not avail it. otherwise excellent.

Good Relaxing Break ”

Travelled to Goa for a long weekend for rest and relaxation. We were a little apprehensive of this hotel because of its size and because of the Casino, however, it was very quite and if it didn't have 'Casino' in the title we would not have realized it was there. We had a deluxe room which was very spacious and clean. A few negatives: Food and beverages were expensive and not very good, especially food in the beach restaurant was very disappointing. No waiter service at the pool - not a major problem to 'walk' but would be nice to have especially when on holiday. Lots of dogs on the beach - this is not a reflection on the hotel. All in all this met our expectations, an enjoyable stay.

Absolutely beautiful resort ”

The resort was stunning. When we first walked in I was a bit nervous. The lobby is ok. The deluxe room was average as well. My friends had a lower category room but they had a very nice pool view. Ours had an old run down couch in it and a view of the lawn and that’s considered deluxe. I wouldn’t pay the extra money for a deluxe room. Although the rooms are very average the rest of the resort is not. The private beach was amazing and the pool absolutely a treat. Breakfast pool bar were also fantastic. Best part was how nice the workers were. Also wasn’t keen on the hours of the gym as it didn’t open until 730. And the gym was very small.

Sprawling and well-maintained property located right on the beachfront. The staff was welcoming and the location on beautiful Varca beach made things better. Food a bit on the expensive side. but overall an excellent choice if you're looking for a Goa vacation without the crowds and chaos :)

Nice place to be with children . Staff are friendly and helpful. A bit of mosquito problem on lower floor with garden facing . Clildren play area is not available as shown in the hotel pictures.breakfast is above Standered.

Great resort but a bit expensive”

The location and the facilities are very good. I really liked the landscaping and the garden/pool. All the items that are charged are a bit expensive. It would help if the rooms are equipped for some basic cooking as it helps to take care of infants needs.

Excellent stay with minor hiccups”

We stayed at the Zuri with our 18 months old for 3 nights and it was beautiful. We booked the deluxe room which is spacious and very calm with all the toiletries that is required and a fantastic shower with 24hrs running hot water. Due to the ongoing BRICS meet in Goa we had a lot of foreign delegates staying who usually were out after breakfast and we had the whole resort to our selves. Room service is expensive like a tiramisu will cost you 636/- including taxes and so will brownie with ice cream. A mini bar is provided that is chargeable. You have many good food joints nearby and a small shop with some basic items along with alcohol, soft drinks etc named Michael's. PROS: 1) Fantastic property of 37 acres with the largest meandering pool in Goa. They have an additional pool and a baby pool as well , all kept in superb condition. 2) We had such calmness every time as we got the last room on the top to the corner and there was barely any noise. Though the beach is a few minutes walk away we could hear the waves. 3) Excellent house keeping staff and the lawns were maintained in utmost condition. Hats off. Cons: 1) Room needs a little upgrade. It's started to wear out and look tired. As a 5 star you expect nothing but perfection. 2)Food needs to be better . Breakfast at the Waterfall Cafe was average and so was the dinner at the same place. Buffet dinner was charged at 1300 pp plus taxes , we got a 25 % discount. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort if you need to relax and have your own transportation as it's far from other spots in Goa.

Fabulous relaxing holiday destination ”

Very peaceful and relaxing which is how i wanted my this holiday to be ! this is my 2 nd stay in Zuri hotel Also i left one book with some money inside it by mistake and hotel staff was very helpful in arranging return by parcel to my mailing addressc immediately . Overall a very stay for 3 nights .

Great experiences in Zuri White Sands Resort Goa”

before going to Goa, we heard a lot of bad experiences from our friend that the hotel where they stayed not as they expected and their holiday become unpleasent experience. While we were searching, we still have this worry and it still have that until we arrived in the hotel. First thing that make our worried slowly dissapear that the hotel design was beautiful starting from the lobby, where friendly hotel staff helping us a lot on taking care our luggages, offering welcome drink, all the check in paper work done while we sitting relax in comfortable sofa. Then we were pleased more when we saw our room which very comfortable with good design and well maintain bath room with power shower, and located strategically in front off swimming pool where we can watch our kids playing in the pool just 10 steps in front of us. The hotel have good garden with kids playground facility and best of all it's next to the beach which very clean, beautiful sunset, and the sand was so soft. Other thing we like was the japanese restaurant which serving good teppanyaki. Some other thing that could be improved further were location of kids club, would be good if located outside hotel employee working zone, more variaty of non-indian food in waterfall restaurant buffet lunch & dinner, and safety concern of falling coconut to the swimming pool. Overall we were very pleased with our holiday in Zuri White Sand Resort Goa, it's actually beyond our expectation. Thanks.

Terribly lazy unresponsive staff. Old rooms. Then there is Taxi mafia operating inside resort.”

Zuri encourages taxi mafias known as unions. Once your are inside the resort and have bags with you, be prepared to shell out thousands just to get out of the property! The staff is super lazy and just too unresponsive. Absolutely not worth the money. Rooms are quite old and they seriously need to be renovated.

it was a beautiful resort . . unfortunately could not stay long er due to work commitments....will visit again for sure. cons- resort could do with an outdoor play area for kids. restaurant- waterfall cafe- it had very few starter options on the buffet...which can be increased in no. pool - most beautiful large pool I have come across. some pool fun activities would be useful for family visitors

Exceptional”

I booked Zuri reluctantly on the insistence of my brother-in-law who stayed there. They pleasantly surprised me in every way. The courteous and helpful staff at the reception, the waiters in the restaurant and the ground staff were always ready to help and offer suggestions without being in your face. The property is one of the best in goa. My two night stay made me change my mind and decide to stay there every time I visit Goa. Clean beaches away from the maddening crowd, huge pool area and outstanding landscaping makes it special.

Big swimming pool. House keeping news to improve , frog & lizards found in outside room & room balcony. Average food when ordered for room service for dinner. Breakfast was elaborate & staff quite fast & efficient. Had bad experience with food not cooked properly when ordered for room service. Valet parking has to improve. Please train staff at reception as they answer rather rudely to customers.

Our 1st stay around a year back was nice and we loved the property. We had a similar experience this time as well. Zuri Goa is equipped with everything you need to make your trip a memorable one, especially for a family with kids. One thing which was an irritant.. connecting door between 2 rooms is a nuisance if you end up with a loud neighbour and to some extent it compromises your privacy as well. So ensure your room is an independent one and doesn't have a connecting door.

Excellent experience . They should improve on their travel facilities to go around the neighbourhood. Staff are in hands with the local cab drivers.
