The location is perfect but the rooms were not at all 5 star. They were nice but nothing at all as I had expected for a “leading hotel of the world”! Housekeeping was always very late in the day and forgot to replenish water, coffee etc. Their attention to detail was lacking. Additionally, be aware that their pool is actually offsite! It’s not on the grounds of the actual hotel.
Beautiful hotel, service was average”
Gorgeous modern hotel, beautiful design! Location was great as well, set away from the touristy areas but well within walking distance to everything! We couldn't access the gym and spa on "-1" level which was disappointing... They really should've told us beforehand if it wasn't going to be available. Service at the lobby bar was extremely slow, we waited about half an hour for some simple drinks. Also disappointed when the sky bar wasn't open (no sign to tell anyone that it was closed) at the opening time.

Our three day stay at the Tivoli Lisboa Hotel was a nightmare. When my wife and arrived, we were surprised to discover major construction in full progress. The main entrance, the lobby, the front desk area, the hallways and other areas of the hotel were under construction. Dust, tools, scaffolds, tiles and workers working were very upsetting. After complaining to management, no explanation was given why we were not notified of this situation prior to our arrival and no attempt was made to remedy the problem. We are appalled that The Tivoli Hotel would allow their patrons to have such a horrible experience. Frankly, I don't understand why the hotel was open under these conditions. We will request reimbursement for our stay there!

Amazing Lisbon Hotel”
Traveling to the unknown is like jumping into a pool, deep end first and hoping you float. My family trip to Lisbon felt the same way (we were 11). I did extensive research on quality hotels without knowing which area to select, relying on travel hotel websites and reading reviews. By sheer luck I selected the Tivoli which had a special room rate offer at the time (3 months before the trip). The hotel bent over backwards to make sure our stay was unforgettable. One standard room was upgraded to a huge suite for my son and his family. We had 3 taxis at our disposal when needed. The brasserie arranged a long table for our meals. Housekeeping was unbelievably efficient -- rooms were cleaned and beds made with plenty of new towels within 15 minutes after we left our rooms. The hotel is centrally located, in the best neighborhood of Lisbon, Every site worth visiting was a short walk away. And there was no shortage in hospitality and eagerness to assist. The rooms are on the expensive side, if you do not take advantage of periodic special offers -- watch the travel websites.

Nice bell boy helping us to the room with our luggage, location is great! Mins walk to attractions, branded boutiques was just steps away! great room service with nice room maker, never fail to reject our request! overall 8 upon 10!

The hotel is centrally located right in the centre of Lisbon, close to upmarket shopping street and the happening Rossio Square. Eateries and underground tube station are within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Taxis are easily available right at door step.

The location is at good as all branded shops such as LV, Gucci etc are within walking distance. Staff is helpful to book table at famous restaurant. Room is clean & in good condition
Wonderful time in Lisbon”
It was a short stay of only one night but it was excelent. The staff was very friendly, the hotel lobby is very good for resting and meeting friends, the room was very confortable, the view of the city on the top floor restaurant is beautiful, and the breakfast is fantastic!
