Mal mantenimiento, muebles deteriorados, piso chueco, olía muy mal, la empleada me atiende a las 2:40 pm y de arranque me dice que no habla español, por lo que fué dificil la comunicación, pero me quedó claro que dijo que el check in es a las 3pm, si lo hacía antes me cobraba otra noche ( faltando 20 minutos), muy mala experiencia, de hecho no me quedé en ese hotel me fuí a otro

It was a good stay overall after I spent hours getting a room, it was cancelled for some reason I could barely understand the staff they could barely speak English. I just want better translation that's all.

It's not worth the price but when location is a factor it's not too bad. Some people next to me wouldn't turn the radio down at 3am and the man with the white beard in the office took care of it.

Cons: no access to an ice machine. People smoking marijuana. People dealing drugs. Sheets had cigarette burns. Furniture had cigarette burns. Even though it said no smoking, there was cigarette smell inside room. I found a hair in the bathtub. Floor was just filthy feeling. Couldn't be in room without my shoes. I entered room and felt "dirty." Pros: room was inexpensive. Had enough towels. Had enough bars of soap. Had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Had regular coffee, decaf coffee and condiments for coffee. Had enough cups for water and coffee. Coffee maker was clean and usable. Had an ice bucket. Had hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Had bag for dirty clothes. Had closet to hang clothes. Had microwave oven and fridge and both worked. Again, it could have been better. For the money, it was "acceptable."

The room was ok but you can hear all the cars passing by the main road it's really noisy the staff is really impersonal.

Toilet was a hard flusher,(eventually clogged) walls were rough looking (patches everywhere), no breakfast. Definitely not coming back.

They constantly harass ”
Booked the hotel room online. Had been in the room for approximately a week. They had all my information but insisted that I gave them my debit card again. Locked my son out of the room for an hour and refused to let him back in. Wanted a $40 dollar deposit because I did not give them the card again. Said if I didn't give them the $40. 00 deposit that they would do the same thing again tomorrow.

NASTY ATTITUDE FROM WORKERS NASTY DIRTY ROOM WITH BLOOD ON SHEETS DIRTY TUB WITH HAIR IN THE SHOWER ON THE WALLS THE WALLS IN THE ROOM WAS DIRTY ND DUSTY JUST DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN I RENTED TWICE BOTH ROOMS WAS NASTY AND SORRY YOU GOTTA STAND OUTSIDE IN THE SUN TO EVEN GET THE ROOM AND THEY TRY TO STEEL YOUR MONEY AND HAVE YOU PAY TWICE WHEN I HAD ALREADY PAID ONLINE JUST OVERALL NASTY THEY NEED TO DIRECT THAT MONEY THERE GETTING INTO REAL HOUSEKEEPERS AND A BETTER STAFF

Staff was not helpful when asked for another room because of no cold AC. Said it was hot outside so what did I expect. Sent message to Wyndham corporate that this location should be closed.

Listen the stuff was overly rude for no reason. The hotel/motel itself need to be remodeled badly. The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. And there’s just isn’t in words for the bathroom & the everything else in the room. I definitely should have went to another hotel. Unfortunately this was booked on a very short notice within an hour of me getting into the city of Houston

They charge me twice when I only stayed there for a 3 hours for that price I could’ve got a way better hotel there was cockroaches all in the microwave

The lady was so rude at the front desk, on both calls. They advertise an airport shuttle, which is basically the only reason I chose this hotel. There is no shuttle, there hasn't been for a long time. They refused to pay for a cab, then hung up on me, twice! This place will go out of business. As an airline pilot, I stay in a lot of hotels, but this took the cake.

NEVER STAY HERE”
This place has black mold, roaches, hair that it wasn’t ours and very dirty bathrooms curtains. It is clearly a family business and when I tried getting a refund they ignored me and wouldn’t really admit to it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
