Muy buen hotel con todo lo necesario. Cerca de la playa y de la calle principal. Piscina amplia, servicio de tumbonas, masajes, etc. Y a buen precio.

I stayed in beachfront room for 5 nights, but Wifi didn't work well. Other services are good enough and reasonable to the room rate. Around this hotel there is a so noisy beach bar that keeps playing too loud electro until late night.

Lovely little resort. AMAZING location. Beautiful pool. Stylish rooms. Great breakfast selection. The only thing that shocked me is that, since my bus was coming at 2:30pm, I had asked to check out a little later - from 12 to 2:20pm. Reception/management refused even though my friend and I were the ONLY ones staying at the resort on that day. The ONLY ones. I understand times are very hard with Covid, but it is little things like this that can make a difference between a good review and a bad review...choosing to return or choosing not to. If the resort was full...I 100% agree. But it was empty and you couldn't let us check out 2hrs later - on a rainy day, on top of that

They are really old and no renovation. Only 1 noodle soup or egg with bread for breadfast, no more choice.

Good place to stay in Phu Quoc”

I have stayed in this resort for two days for family vacation. This resort is located in the area where lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The beach in the resort is nice and water very clean. Swimming pool is good and clean water. Overall I am very happy with the money I paid.

Resort is located at good location however it's a bit old, running down and lacking of services. Bad smell on elevator and restaurant are lacking of food.

I booked two Beach Front rooms for my family. The rooms are clean, spacious with beautiful beach view, especially sunset view. However, because they plant lots of trees around so you'd better prepare anti-mosquito cream. Resort shall equip more electric lamps around the Beach Front area, it's very dark at night, we have to use mobile phone's flash.

Hotel was OK - but looking very tired. We had a sea facing room & watching the sunset was pretty amazing. We were there a week & during that time lots of work was done to the garden areas etc. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice - & all staff very nice. Once you leave the hotel there is a small street with a few restaurants which were all pretty good, great fresh bbq shrimp !! The resort itself though was very disappointing, very scruffy - really needs some tlc. Even the night market was very poor - I wouldn't recommend the resort to anyone.

Amazing pool view bungalow, Great staff,great price. Definitely get a massage on the beach one of the best we have had. The restaurants up the street were all friendly and good food. We also rented a scooter less than 75 feet up the street.

Very good resort. We stayed with a baby and the staff did everything to help our stay feels as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Rooms and bungalows are very clean and breakfast is on a high average scale with a nice variety of choices. The resort has its own entrance to the beach and there is also a very nice swimming pool too. Our 2 families stayed for 12 days and we would highly recommend Tropicana resort especially for families with kids.
