the food is used lots local raw materials. can see their sincere for the presentation of the foods. menu everyday is different as we stay two days there. we enjoy every minutes whiles step in to the hotel. the staff and the lady boss is very welcoming. appreciated that very much. free laundry, free bicycle, free snack, free tour adv, what else you can ask.. will be back to this hotel if back to taitung again. thank you.

Words can’t describe how unpleasant the stay in this hotel”

Thus far, this is the most and only disappointed hotel I have stayed among my 10 trips to Taiwan. Stayed the hotel for 2 night with dinner paid in e fees. First night stay was required to select a dinner time slot that is after 8.30 pm. The buffet served was left over foods from the previous dinner slots and no replenish. Worst, the managers asked us to eat more with the hotel stuffs gradually dining their dinner in e restaurant. The hotel also overlooked to housekeeping when we return to our room in the evening time. The stuff and manager service were bad, which they didn’t feel it their lapse and no apology. Services from their stuff were bad too. It seem like these hotel is mean for local instead of tourists.

As I stepped into this newly-opening hotel, cleanliness and newness came into my mind. However, I was surprised the system of room and counter service was also new and not up to the standard bar. I made the booking over Agoda, but the counter attendants couldn't find out my booking info only to let us wait for over 30 minutes. I suggested they should have us check in the room first. Finally, their manager also agreed to let us check in first. One of the attendants passed the key to me, arrogantly saying "We usually did not allow the customers to check in until 3 o'clock. But an exception was granted upon us...." During our stay, on the second day after a housekeeping service, we found there were no towels ready.... obviously, their employee training still leaves much room for improvement. I think the hotel is pretty and new, but their service is still improving. I also suggest this hotel, but if you'd like to have better service. Maybe you should visit this hotel few days later.

Free flow of drinks and snacks, laundromat, and games room are all the plus plus. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, will definitely choose this hotel if we visit Taitung again.

三點check in告知還在整理房務，請我們去點心吧稍坐，並享用點心飲品，40分鍾過後比我們晚到的都上樓了，去跟櫃臺人員反應，才發現忽略了我們，房間香香的很乾淨新營，有陽臺，床偏軟，加大尺寸兩大一小很好睡，有免費洗衣烘乾衣物，貼心準備洗衣粉柔軟精，建議吃宵夜前先拿去洗約一個小時，吃完宵夜後烘乾，才不會等到很晚，宵夜8點開始，8:15分進去肉類菜類炸物幾乎都被夾光（遇到團體客）但有看到酒店人員持續補菜，大推皮蛋瘦肉粥，很好吃，有青菜四到五道，肉類也有，池上白飯加肉燥很香、鳳梨雞湯也很好喝有四樣水果，蛋糕、奶酪，大人小孩都吃的很開心👍早餐和夜宵差不多，但菜色沒有重覆，皮蛋瘦肉粥變清粥，有初鹿農場的鮮奶很好喝，24小時點心吧爆米花很脆好吃，四-五種冰淇淋杜老爺的，巧克力牛很好喝，還有提供各別包裝的釋迦、洛神餅、茶葉蛋很香，整體上都很好住的開心、吃的安心，健康，硬要說缺點的話，酒店人員比較沒笑容，沒有親子腳踏車，有在去台東旅遊，這間會是我的口袋名單，也會推薦給朋友
