Conveniently located right off the tol and in between Mayjen Sungkon and HR Mohammed, it is very reasonably priced with sample convenient parking. The Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I've been staying here for years and will continue to do so.

Beautiful and comfy room, clean and nearby ciputra world. Breakfast has various food but need to pay attention about vegetables freshness coz I found stir fry yellowish brocolli. Over all the hotel is good.

Room clean n space quite big. The hotel facilities complete. Have swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, gym n childern playing ground. Parking area so wide. Close to acces toll bandara. Near hotel have some street food in the night.

Exterior might be not convincing BUT...”
Pleasant experience! Despite my confusion at first, because the exterior of the hotel was... Not maintained well. I wasn't even sure if the hotel was still operating. But I have made my booking so it must be. And when I came to the lobby and checked in, and entered the room... I didn't expect the room to be that good! It was a newly renovated interior (I was in deluxe double bed room), it was bright and really soundproof. It even smell like hotel room and reminds me of my childhood, staying in a hotel with my family while on vacation. Despite the fact that I couldn't go anywhere outside the city because of "mudik" ban. The TV channel had many choices and my son loved that it got disney junior. We all sleep soundly. The hot water was nice, it got clean bathtub and an old (but working) fridge. I remember went here to eat at the restaurant around six years ago, when it was Somerset Hotel. The exterior looks was a lot nicer, the tennis court and all of the facilities was still functional (they're now closed due to COVID), and I remember that I wished to stay there someday. But I know things have been hard lately since COVID came. Maybe that's why they can't work on the exterior and the facilities just yet. But the room itself was real comfy. It got great price, too! I hope they can manage this crisis well. And I do hope to stay here again sometimes :)
