Great stay”
We had a great stay here. Was good location and good apartment with lovely views. Couple of things could have been cleaned bit better. Crumbs on the sofa and bits on the floor. Only two towels being left for four of us and only one loo roll. All small things. Overall a good stay.

Backbreaking horrible folding sofa bed ”
We had an apartment for four. We got a horrible folding sofa bed, that would drop when you got on it. The mattress was no more than 15 cm wide. The two of us that got that backbreaking sofa bed finally slept on the floor.

Impressed!”
We stayed at the apartment on April 6-17 and it was fabulous! We felt safe, we were near a bus stop and few minutes walk from the Victoria Station. There were four of us and two had to sleep in a makeshift bed which was okay and had linens as well. Internet was fast and the only "problem" that we had was that the check in time was quite later than usual. Apart from that, this apartment was superb!

Fab apartment, but left out in the rain”
Clean, location, soft bed!!!
The apartment was fab, location right near Victoria station and Wicked theatre, restaurants and shops! Out only problem was that we were not greeted or told info on how to get into the apartment, left stood in the rain for half hour as difficultly in getting hold of the staff, even when we did get hold of them we had to jump through several hoops to an unapologetic staff member to get through the door!

pre arrival communication, location, high standard of apartment
I was impressed with the pre-arrival information and contact with staff; the self-check instructions were easy to follow and worked. The apartment was very clean and just what i was looking for. Location and price made it very good value for money. I would definately stay again and recommend it to friends.

Space, Location, Convenience”
Great location with ease of access to trains at Victoria and buses. Spacious apartment with nice furnishings.
Could use some fine tuning of details, as the living room was missing shades on a few windows which prevented privacy, and kitchen did not provide hand towels for proper clean up. Both minor issues in an otherwise wonderful place to stay. Will use again when in London.
