It was difficult to locate the property. The location sent by Booking.com was not accurate. When I phoned the property I was not able to communicate as I do not speak French.

The biggest problem for us was the extremely bad wifi - it basically didn't work at all. There was a lot of small ants in our room.

Nothing. It's true it's very far from center but it is safe and there is a Lebanese restaurant with a pizza and shwrmaa I still salivated over up to now I am back to my homeland.

The staff was warm, available and always ready to help. The property was well located and as clean as expected.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at during my travels. Germain and his staff were really helpful and ensured that I was comfortable. They even cooked for the guests on Christmas Day which was very nice. The staff greeted me with a smile every day. I do not speak French and they were very patient in using Google translate to communicate with me. The room was very big, comfortable and clean. Germain was also able to recommend places for me to tour and was available on his cellphone if I was out on the road and needed him to give my taxi directions to get home. I also felt really safe at the villa. I highly recommend this place. It is a home away from your real home. I would go back any day.

Quietness and security around the property. Proximity to means of transportation and canteens. I intend to stay there for three weeks during my next visit to Abidjan.

Language barrier. I am anglophone. None of the staff is bilingual.
