We rented 2 bedroom villa with swimming pool. The swimming pool was dirty. We had only one towel for a couple. Staff is not helpful and speaks poor English. Room service was slow and quality of the food was disappointing. Dirty beach and sea, in the most places of the hotel beach swimming is not allowed. Staff starting call you by phone in the early morning.

Good choice
Vinpearl - a disappointment ”
We purposely booked a Vinpearl resort thinking it was a family resort close to attractions. We were moved last minute to a sister hotel as we were told what we had booked would be closed in a few days time. We were given a massive villa with pool. On first impressions this seemed lovely, however close up the furniture and furnishings are heavily stained and the pool is faulty- the water keeps draining out of it. The hotel’s main pool is small considering the number of guests. The pool bar only opened in the late afternoon and there are just two restaurants with an extremely long wait times, despite being relatively empty. Our orders were often incorrect and trying to sort it out was very difficult because of the language barrier. Overall the food quality is poor and it is very over priced. Breakfast is good but we will be going elsewhere for our other meals for the rest of the holiday. Yesterday we went to Vinwonders - another huge disappointment. The majority of attractions were closed with no prior warning from the hotel, who booked our tickets. Our children were only able to go on 3 rides. Please do not waste your money going there! We had an enjoyable morning at the safari, which is okay as far as zoos go. We were able to feed the giraffes which our children enjoyed. Transfers to these places are free. We are looking forward to time on the beautiful beach and hoping the holiday improves.

Beautiful and Crystal Clean Beach!”
I booked one 2-bedrooms-villa at Discovery 3 for my family (3 people), they arranged Discovery 2 for us hence this is the comment for Discovery 2 :). The villa is very spacious with nice private pool. All the staff is well trained, they are all supportive, helpful, informative and friendly. They make us feel very comfortable and I would recommend this resort thanks to these nice staff’s efforts. During the time we stay (End of November) the beach is amazingly crystal clean and calm, the weather is perfect with blue clear sky, totally perfect to enjoy the beach. We also like VinSafari, you should arrange your time to watch the bird show (10:00AM at the stage near the main gate), it’s very nice, even nicer than similar bird shows we watched in other countries, and you definitely should take the free bus to go around the wild free animals area, it’s very nice. VinWonder Theme Park, however, is not that good, many areas are closed or under construction hence that’s a big minus point. One more thing you should consider is the noisy crowd at buffet restaurants and the limitation of the food variety. You’d better not book 3 meals package, instead just book villa with breakfast, other meals you can go to A La Cart restaurant, order the food to villa or simply eat out, you will enjoy your stay more.

It's not expensive at all, because you'll have 50% discount for all service. ”
I didn't expect much, but Vinpearl gave me very good impressions. Resort is too big, so I have to wait 40-50m for room service. But when my villa had problem with 🛁 or need to clear the pool, they tried to fixed asap. Many tuk tuk drive all day long, so it was so easy for us to run around all Discovery from 1 to 3 (we had some friends around). My family spent only 5mil VND for 4 nights, for all food, buffet, safari tour, Vinwonder... because we had 50% discount. The villa and beach and other are beautiful. But check in time is nightmare. I had to wait 3 hours from 14h to 17h to had a villa.

What can I say more beside this is a perfect place to relax. Everything was perfect, the decor is tasteful, the staffs are friendly, even the gardeners and pool cleaners smile and say hello when they see you. The villa is spacious and clean, and the beds are comfy, not to mention the excellent private pool and the room service that keep the place clean. They have electric carts to carry you from your room to anywhere and back, just call the reception and ask, the drivers are friendly and chatty. We booked the full board package so we have buffet for every meals and it was excellent. The food is delicious, they have everything from vietnamese to international cuisine, I recommend you try their Pho and ice cream. The menu changes every meal and there's a seafood counter in the evening. The ground and pools are well kept, and the beach is superb. The water is clean and clear that you can see the bottom and there are plenty of sun loungers on the beach and near the pools for you to choose

Very nice spacious villas, however a few facilities were not operational like the spa and massage area. Room has no cutleries or eating utensils. Also no microwave. Loved the personal swimming pool!

Family vacation at Vinpearl 3”
Property was very beautiful. We were shuttled to/from our villa to breakfast/beaches but for the most part, the shuttles came within 5 min of calling for one. Beaches were very clean. Wish there were more lounge chairs w/umbrellas. Breakfast selection was good, with rotating dishes each day. For the most part, staff was very good, polite, and accommodating. Our only complaint is the reception desk. We came here to celebrate the my birthday but it has past a few days. When my wife if there was anything they could do to make it a little special (piece of cake? wine? balloons?), they declined saying it has past. It was a bit disappointing given we're paying over $270 a night and can't even get a piece of cake. Another issue with reception was our late checkout request. Flight was 6pm, checkout was 12pm, with little kids, needed extra time in the room. They gave us a hard time and after 30 mins of complaining, they gave us only 1 hour. Service could be better for sure.
