Lovely, clean apartment, central location”
The apartment was very clean with good facilities. Travelling with a toddler we had breakfast in the apartment and then ate out during the day. We had everything we needed to allow us to prepare a proper breakfast. The location is very good, within walking distance to most attractions and also close acces to the subway at either the Universitat station or Passeig de Gracia. Staff was very helpful and they provided storage for our luggage on the last day as we had a late night flight- this allowed us to make the most of our last day without carrying bags. Would definitely come back to this apartment.

We had a great time in this apartment. Central in the Gaudi district. Easy to navigate to the gothic quarter. Was great.

Great value , great location”
The check in-check our office is about 3 mins walk, I will Suggest to have intercom just in case we need to contact reception. The user manual of washing machine is not identical with model in the apartment, should update the version. Other than that the location is really good, esp the balcony is good for laying down during the afternoon time.

Superb location. Lots of space. All the facilities anyone could wish for. Most importantly the best shower pressure I have ever experienced!

Ok apartment, odd interior design, not particularly comfortable”
The apartments are in a convenient location near Universitat and Passage De Gracia, although "reception" is in another building a couple of blocks away. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. However, the lounge was a long narrow room and poorly laid out. The TV didn't get any stations. The bedroom was a double containing 2 small single beds pushed together, but had no storage - for some odd reason, the wardrobe was in the lounge. The bed was rock hard. The sofa was a bed settee, so together with the bedroom, the apartment could sleep 4, but the bathroom is accessed via the bedroom, which is hardly practical. Checkout took over 20 minutes as several other guests from other buildings were also trying to check in or out, so with only 1 person on reception, I was left standing waiting for 20-30 minutes It was clean and in a good location, but hardly "luxury" by my standards.

Big apartment, pleasant stay”
We couldn't have an early check in as the room wasn't ready, but they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception. They had problems with their credit card machine, but finally it worked. Big apartment for the 4 of us. Kids loved the bunk bed (no squeaking sound at all). And they gave us a complimentary wine since it coincides with my hubby's birthday. The elevator was the tiniest I've ever seen, sometimes we got tired of waiting so we had to use the stairs. It was a pleasant stay.

you get pots, pans, cutlery, washing machine but WASHING TABLETS are a BIG NO NO for them”
how sad! they dont even tell you where to buy quick use tablets from. Most supermarkets only carry entire packets which normal homes use. And the staff was so insistent that these things are not typically provided - i wish the staff actually travels somewhere as they are so out of tune with reality and hospitality in general!!

Suficient”
I lost my room key (inside my wallet) and rang the staff desk, asking them to disable my door key card in order to prevent someone go inside while I went to make a police report. Three hours later, when I returned, I can still use another card to open the door. I was angry as they failed to protect my property while I was not inside. I complained to the desk again and this time, they could immediately disable the old door key card and issued a set of new door key to me.

Not a luxury accommodation ”
It was our first time in Barcelona so we booked Wello Apartments because of its location and we wanted certain amenities - like a washer (there is no dryer) and a small kitchen. Our first apartment on the 5th floor was sunny and away from street noise which was good. But the cons outweighed the pros - the beds are hard - very little padding, the sofa is hard and uncomfortable, the floorboards have gaps, and there were no bowls in the kitchen. We had to leave this apartment and go to another floor because the washer did not work. The staff were very helpful but these apartments are tired - the furniture and whole decor needs updating. In the new apartment a number of problems came to light right away. The shower did not drain, the showerhead leaked badly and the sofa was stained and sagged in the middle. At least we had a newer washer. Astonished that this is considered 4 stars. We were supposed to stay at the sister property Aramunt when we return but we cancelled that reservation.

5 mins to Universitat station, nice restaurants n supermarket within walking distance. Clean n lovely modern apt. Highly recommended!

Nice but Noisy ”
The apartment is clean, secure and located within walking distance to all major sights and restaurants. It has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and a clothes washer. . The balcony overlooks a busy street and is a nice size. There is also a small elevator. However, the apartment building is across the street from a nightclub frequented by college students, a busy parking garage, and there are several tapa bars right next door. Needless to say, if loud noise until 3am doesn’t bother you, this place is perfect. However, if you like to sleep, definitely ask for an apartment in the rear of the building. The Check-in/Check-out process was easy and efficient and the management office is located only two short blocks from the apartment. There is an additional 250 Euro ($300) Credit Card Deposit due upon check-in but it is refunded within 24 hours after check-out.. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Good location”
Location is good which is easy to access the main tourist spots. Great The apartment is clean and tidy. And you have to tidy up all the rubbish before we go. Cooking stuff are enough for 2 to cook a easy dinner or meal. Only two stoves though One thing we have to be reminded is check in location is different with where we staying. So we have to get the key before going to the apartment which is 5 minutes walk. We just realised that when we carried all the luggage to the apartment without getting the keys and have to walked with everything from there to the check in place which is quite messy... Overall the stay was great and recommend to everyone

Absolutely excellent apratments in a very central location. Plenty of storage space , lovely bedrooms and bathroom , overall very spacious accomodation. The apartments are only a short walk from the main shopping area but walk along the way is very pretty with lots of shops and bars. We will book again.

Wonderful apartment for family”
The location of the apartment is 2 block from the metro station and about 10-15 minutes walk to the La Rambla. There are loads of cafe and mini-supermarket nearby. The apartment provide two twin beds and a double-sofa-bed, which are both comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are quite good. The apartment does provide essential cookery and a bag of kitchen cleaning agent/cloth. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

No reception desk, not worth it for the price you paid”
The hotel voucher showed a wrong number that no one answered. My husband and I were waiting outside hotel for 30 min and no one showed up (although I indicated in my booking that we would arrive around 9). We had no choice but to walk 1km, spent 12euro to get a locker to put our luggage first. Someone from hotel replied our message ard 10:30 am with no sign of apology...location was good and there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood. Still the checkin experience was terrible
