Absolutely recommended”
Aside from the location (north Houston/south Tomball) I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff is fantastic, the restaurant is good and there are several restaurants within walking distance that are all good.

I enjoyed this hotel the cleanliness was on point but the housekeeping and front desk needs to work more on there hospitality could use some more work..but over all I liked the hotel and would book it again

Water damage from recent ice storms ”
The guy who checked us in, was very slow. Sign said no towels. There was bagged ice in the shelves by checkin. I asked if that was for rooms and he said yes. Top sheet on bed was not fully dry and smelled of bleach (which it should). Also in bathroom there was only 1 set of towels. No toiletries provided. Granted we got a bargain rate ,so trated this as a lore class facility. Quiet and clean room.

Lack of staff”
There was literally no front desk staff present upon arrival and only one housekeeping person who spoke only Spanish and was unable to check in any guests. Eventually a desk clerk arrived from another property but it took 2 hours to get into a room. Agoda wasn't much help either; I was told that after an email sent to the property was unanswered after 30 minutes, a refund would be issued, but they did not do so.

It's Okay”
It's okay for the price and we got a special but for the regular rates of 60 to 80 bucks I would not recommend. The room we got was not cleaned properly. They still had razors and food left over. Everything was dusty. The AC Filter was so dirty and the floor was not vacuumed at all. If you book daily there is a $50 deposit each day and not transfered.

Worth the money. Not great but I've been in far worse hotels and paid more money. Bed/pillows great, too much hair which isn't mine in the bathroom.

Motel in itself was clean. However, one set of elevators out of 2, wasn't working, so you had to walk a good distance to get to working one. Once on the floor we were staying on, all you could smell was weed or cush in the hallway. The room was clean. The bed was not comfortable.

In for town for work and oddly my room had a powerful Oder of curry, there was long hairs on my bedsheets under the blankets and areas of the carpeting in my room was STICKY. Maybe I just got the bad ROOM, but this was my experience. It's kind of become the norm for people to buy nice hotels and not take care of them unfortunately.

They don’t clean the rooms. Pool & fitness room out of order. Bar is closed. Air didn’t work in first room, moved to another- air worked but room was ran down.

There was no breakfast, and the indoor pool was not a available. There was also no coffee in the room. The coffee maker was there, but no coffee packets

Facts alone”
Booked 1+1 night for total of 2nights different rooms while my a/c was getting fixed in my apartment. No Wifi in rooms which sucks when there’s nothing else available in hotel. All amenities are basically closed until 12/2022 so don’t expect extra listed because aren’t available. I did see a small roach in tub as other expressed 1/2 nights. 13 channels available on tv so don’t expect much viewing bring books to read or it works for a hot shower, cold room and space to breathe. Prevalent water damage throughout rooms and elevators are worn. I’ve received random towels in room upon arrival and hair throughout my ONLY bath towel.

Had to change rooms tv didn’t work couldn’t connect to the WiFi the whole time I was there didn’t have ice machine on floors office personnel had to give you ice no breakfast rooms didn’t get clean the whole weekend elevator was out on our floor

Horrible Customer Service”
The front desk staff at checkin was horrible and rude. She gave me my initial room and it was already occupied when I went in. Then when I brought the key back she didn’t even care that I had walked in on someone else in their room. She was just rude and very short. Then when I got another room there were bugs and only one towel. Was not pleased with this hotel even after moving from another Windham that I had an even worse experience at.

Terrible ”
The roads were nasty, missing items. We change rooms three times. Elevators were out, no ice, tv didn’t work, refrigerator out and customer service was terrible.

Bed bugs bite”
Was in a infested room for two days then got moved to a room with no heat beware if room has a musty smell not normal bed bugs give off musty odor don’t IGNORE YOUR NOSE

For one wrong room, when breakfast is included it should be free and always there not 10 and up. Found mold had to move rooms, then found last guest clothes in closet which shows they don’t clean, checked under bed found last guest shoes, found blood stain on curtains furniture falling apart. Never again
